Leads in Zoho CRM should be synced with Zoho CRM. A lot of expenses will be incurred for leads and that needs to have an approval workflow.

    It would be great. I spent a lot of money with prospects (leads) before converting them…

    No brainer. Plz add. We spend a lot of $$ on lunches and meals with our prospects known as leads. This is critical
