Customer portal upsell button/option
Within the customer portal there needs to be a way for customers to 'buy' more.If they have logged in to view their account then you have captured their interest. This means in sales and marketing terms that they are ready to buy again. There needs to be a way that they can be be upsold other one off products and or linked back to the website to buy additional products. For example. Send Retainer Invoice (Advance Payment Request) with email notification workflow before subscription renewal date
We would like the ability to send retainer invoices based on the value of the renewal invoice that can be attached to subscription email notification workflows.
The idea is that Zoho Subscriptions does not create invoices until the subscription renewal date. However, in practice, invoices need to be sent out to clients 45, 30 or 15 days before the due date.
What we do now is to manually create Retainer Invoices on Zoho Books 45 days before the subscription renewal date. We would like this to be automated on Zoho Subscriptions and this solves the biggest voted request on Zoho…6 votes -

Group metered billing with all invoices.
I love that you guys just released metered billing. I was JUST about to go through a long process into migrating to Stripe but this just kept me as a customer.
However, I really think there should be a requirement to group ALL invoices regardless of frequency or metered/flat charges. It really doesn't make sense for our customer to be always be spammed with invoices when the idea of Subscriptions is partially a "Set it and forget it" model.

Privacy & Newsletter checkbox for GDPR
Hello, we integrated Zoho Subscription to our Automation Marketing Software (SALESmanago) by using Zapier.
So, customers that make a new subscription are sent to this software to start receive newsletters.
We are starting to make our internal changes to respect new GDPR rules for privacy, so to do what we are doing we need to create two new checkboxes (one for privacy and one for newsletters). I didn't find this feature on Zoho Subscription, is it possible to implement it?

Label printing and shipment.
We are a monthly magazine publishing company which involves dispatching the physical hard copies via courier.
While I explored Zoho Subscriptions I couldn't find a way to
1) Print the address labels.
2) Track the magazine hard copies dispatched for a month.This feature could help the offline magazine publishers.

Send Billing Email Reminder before Charging CC or ACH
We Charge our customers on the first of every month for their Subscriptions. We would like to see a Notification Option to send the Customer their Subscription Detail and Total that will be processed on the 1st. Currently, customers only see this detail once the CC or ACH has been performed but we would like them to be notified as a FYI 15 days prior to the 1st of the month when ZOHO charges or debits the ACH.

Customer Balances
To show the customer the overall balance remaining on their subscription from within the portal. I.e if they pay 10 weekly payments of £10 show £100 remaining and reduce this balance as they pay.

Add a label on the subscription within the customer portal
Currently if a customer has more than one of the same subscription product there is no way of identifying what that subscription relates to.
If using this for say a hosting service here we would have the option to add a label / reference or say "Server Name" to the subscription.
Being able to update this via Zapier would be amazing!

Forecasting Ability for Zoho Subscriptions
Forecasting Ability for Zoho Subscriptions: Would be incredibly helpful to be able to view future scheduled revenue in Subscriptions based on Subscriptions that are currently active. Similar to the Renewal Report which shows next billing, but show all future scheduled billing based on date range in report. It is imperative as a business owner I can easily see what target for revenue my company is currently on track for.

Enable Paypal for Zoho Subscriptions
Paypal is one the main payment gateway in the world and we should be able to use it with Zoho Subscriptions.
I have no other way to use Zoho Subscriptions and I'm horrified that we cannot use Paypal for recurring payments with Zoho. Recurring payments work perfectly directly in Paypal8 votes -

Multiple custom hosted payment pages templates
Hi
At the moment only one hosted payment page can be used for all subscriptions. However some clients (and us) have multiple different subscriptions types with different terms of service. Would be good if subscriptions allows the creation of more than one Hosted Payment page.

Auto calculate / create Prorated Refund Due for Subscriptions Cancelled Mid Term
When a subscription is cancelled during the middle of the term, the option to refund the prorated amount due back to the customer should exist. This feature exists partially when you change a subscription. When that happens, a credit note is created for the balance already paid and applied to a new invoice with the new amount. This is similar to cancellations - we shouldn't have to manually calculate the amount to be refunded.

Allow customer to change their plan from client portal
Letting a customer login to their portal and upgrade/downgrade/change the plan that is on their subscription from the portal. System updates the information and calculates any additional charges needed, etc.

That is indeed a great suggestion. We do add comments when a payment method is added through the link successfully but we do not add one, whenever a mail goes out requesting for payment information. We will surely note this down and keep you updated when we roll this out. Thank you ! -
Payment terms like quarterly/ half yearly in Advance
Payment terms like quarterly/ half yearly in advance for an annual subscription. It should also prompt the next Invoice date for that subscription.
