  1. In our business we need to bill customers monthly for 1,2,3 or 4 meters, and we need to have a start meter and an end meter for audit.

    We charge our customers a base service fee as well as a black and white copies meter and a color copies meter. We need to have a start meter and end meter on each invoice we send out so customer can audit the meters. Also, some customers have an allowance of copies included on their contract.

  2. add changes in subscriptions to unbilled charges

    When I change the amount within a subscription and want that effect to start immediately there always is a new invoice for the difference created. I desperately need the possibility to add this amount to the unbilled charges.

  3. new date entry for date to send invoice separate from Subscription date.

    I need a separate entry for the date that the invoice should be sent. We send all invoices 60 days prior to the Subscription renewal date.

  4. Allow separate 'setup fee' for Add-ons

    Allow a recurring-charge Add-on to also have a one-time setup fee. For example, if a base package allowed additional recurring services as add-ons, allow for the ability to charge the recurring rate AND a one-time setup fee at checkout.

  5. Enable Pause / Resume Subscription in Portal

    Customers should be able to pause and resume their subscription directly in the Customer Portal.

  6. Associating Credit Card with future subscription in one place

    Adding a subscription needs to have more flexibility and not require you to create it, then go back and edit it to get the credit card associated with the subscription.

    Flexibility: I should be able to select my begin date when the subscription is in the middle of a cycle (e.g. back-date).

    If collecting payment offline (e.g., invoice customer), I should be able to select what dates I want the billing cycle to be like 20 days prior to due date while still being able to collect credit card payments on other customer on their subscription date.

  7. Billing in advance

    The ability to send out invoices in advance before the actual date of the subscription.
    Telecom companies are one such places where this happens.

  8. CHECKOUTSUB

    CHECKOUT/SUBSCRIPTION NEEDS CART & ADDONS!

    • Need a cart for multiple multiple products with one-time fees

    • Each product needs to SHOW all add-ons. Add-ons need to be one-time and subscription based

    • Need subscription add-ons

    • Need functionality to UPSELL and actually use Zoho Payments. Right now, it is unusable for anyone in SALES that doesn't charge simple fees or subscriptions.

    The world has entered the micro-transactional model (Thank you Minecraft). Its time that we had the capability to maximize our profitability, which will turn into more Zoho subscriptions and customers.

  9. Create invoice within subscription manually

    When creating a new subscription, we're unable to add line items for metered billing for the first invoice. It'd be very helpful to be able to create another invoice within the subscription manually.

  10. Subscriptions--Much more valuable to have one customer have multiple products, rather than having multiple customers who are the same person

    I do not like having multiple customers being the same person, but with multiple subscriptions. The whole point of Zoho One is to get all the data about a single individual in one place, and this confuses the whole thing.

  11. User specified donation amount

    Would it be possible to have a plan that is a user specified amount for a donation? So the end user can pick an arbitrary amount they would like to make as a one-time donation?

  12. extend the subscription if the customer have excess payment

    extend the existing subscription if the customer have excess payment.

    in my business have a membership subscription in monthly basis.
    for example = $10 / mo
    so if the customer pay again $30 in front, then he will extend the subscription to +3 months.

    Detect fraudulent activity when a customer tries to subscribe using many invalid credit cards and restrict them from doing so.

  14. Change the Expiry Date

    The ability to change the 'Expiry Date' of a subscription. When we choose the number of cycles for a subscription, then, the expiry date gets shown up. Is there any better way to change or remove this apart from creating a new subscription ?.

  16. Subscription Pending

    Allows a plan to go into a "Pending" status BEFORE going to 'Live" status. This allows us to review the order and perhaps setup a 3rd party system, or perhaps ship something before we set it to 'Live'.

  17. Product Specific Terms of Service URLs

    I believe the Terms of Service URL should be product or plan specific. If you are selling multiple products, they often have different Terms of Service, especially in the SaaS business.

    I know you can add this to the invoice, but terms of service are normally applicable to be agreed to before they sign up.

    A Value add would be to be able to apply them to be Customer Specific

  18. Need Year end tax letter automatically generated for each customer in soho subscriptions.

    Being a non-profit org, We need to send tax letter to our subscribers every year. We need functionality in zoho to automatically generate the tax letters and be available for the subscribers to download in their portal account.
