Send Billing Email Reminder before Charging CC or ACH
We Charge our customers on the first of every month for their Subscriptions. We would like to see a Notification Option to send the Customer their Subscription Detail and Total that will be processed on the 1st. Currently, customers only see this detail once the CC or ACH has been performed but we would like them to be notified as a FYI 15 days prior to the 1st of the month when ZOHO charges or debits the ACH.

Privacy & Newsletter checkbox for GDPR
Hello, we integrated Zoho Subscription to our Automation Marketing Software (SALESmanago) by using Zapier.
So, customers that make a new subscription are sent to this software to start receive newsletters.
We are starting to make our internal changes to respect new GDPR rules for privacy, so to do what we are doing we need to create two new checkboxes (one for privacy and one for newsletters). I didn't find this feature on Zoho Subscription, is it possible to implement it?

how to create a subscription for daily , alternate or specific days in a week

I'd like to be able to start a subscription at an intro rate, then up it to the regular rate after 3 months.
I'd like to promote our service to new customers by giving them 3 months at a discount, then automatically move them to the regular rate on month 4. Can you do that?

Allow for the expiration time of a subscription link to be editable currently fixed at 24 hours
Currently the expiration time of a subscription link is set to fixed interval of 24 hours and the payment link expires. I would like to have this changed so that you can increase the interval time for the link to say a week.

Allow indication of tax on one-time charges
When adding a one-time charge for a customer on a subscription, tax is always added for a taxable customer. So a one-time charge of $50 added will be invoiced/charged with tax added.
This is independent of whether the subscription is taxable.
A work-around is to never use one-time charge and instead use a one-time add-on.

I have a need for a Daily billing cycle. Can this easily be added to the current options?
I have a use case whereby a product offering is better suited to be charged by the day. Could this not easily be added as an additional billing cycle?

Ability to use Contact Alternate Address when adding a subscription
We need the ability to select an alternate address when adding a subscription via Zoho Subscriptions.....similar to what currently exists in Zoho Books. We often have customer that use a lease company to finance their transactions to us - the lease company then pays us monthly, even though the subscription is with the customer. Therefore, when I enter a subscription for the recurring invoice, I need the ability to tell the system to use the alternate bill to address for the leasing company instead of the default billing address.

Two digit state code
The State drop down box list states as the whole word (North Carolina, etc.), which if fine, but when you run a Subscription Details report to use for shipping out subscriptions, the state code should come out as an all cap Two digit code (US Postal code).
The problem is that this State code sometimes shows as the two digit code, but about 20% of our subscriptions the code shows as the whole word or the two digit code is all lower case. Lots of extra work on our end to have to go through Report and change code to…1 vote -
Add customer in subscriptions by using "search from crm" in mobile version
Add "search from crm" when adding a customer from mobile version.
It's already there in the browser version. Really need this to work on mobile

Improve mobile version of the search customer name
Right now the search Customer Name is terrible when adding a subscriptions. You cannot type either the first or last name. It won't find anything.
TO add to that, you need to type the salutation first then the first name.

Charge an immediate/split setup fee for trial accounts
I need the ability to charge an immediate setup fee for a trial account to account for the cost of shipping. I also need to be able to charge two sets of fees, one for the shipping and handling, the other for activation and equipment fees.

Better audit trail for Subscriptions
It's very hard in the Zoho invoice/subscription systems to know if an email, invoice, notification was sent out and when they will be sent out in the process. Whenever I create a subscription, I am unsure if something was sent out or when it will be sent out. Please make it more transparent within the subscription the dates of when they'd be sent.

Make quantity visible on subscription lists + customer overviews
Please show quantity for each subscription in the customer overview and in the customer portal subscription overview page. This would save an extra click and give a better overview of the actual status.

Subscription data import options
Although there is now a way to import backdated subscriptions, there is no easy way to remove them as you do with other modules.

Allow more than one item on a single subscription.
When creating a subscription you can currenly only have one plan/product on each subscription. We should be able to add more than one plan/product under one subscription instead of having to create a subscription for each item.

View his/her current subscription details.Upgrade/Downgrade to any of the paid plan
-Update his credit card information
-Update his billing address to show up on the next invoice.
-Cancel his subscription at any time.
