    You can currently insert a custom field on the subscription level via the API. While this custom field can be viewed manually by individually viewing each subscription in the app, we do not yet support generation of reports based on the custom field.

    I can understand the value of looking at the LTV of customers acquired from different channels. We plan to work on this and we will keep this thread updated as and when. :)

    Hi JW,

    Thanks for writing on the forum. Under default settings, the scenario you described should not have happened.

    Proration happens only in two scenarios:

    1) If you decide to group your invoices into one, all subscriptions for that customer (if there are multiple subscriptions) will be billed on in a single invoice the starting date for the FIRST subscription for that customer, with prorated amounts. So if the first subscription’s starting date happened to be on the 1st, all subscriptions for that customer will be billed on the 1st.

    2) If you set a standard billing date to the 1st of each month, all customers will be billed for all subscriptions on the 1st with prorated amounts.

    So you either need to stop grouping invoices into one, or you need to turn of the standard billing dates. These settings can be changed under “More Settings”.

    Can you please let us know if this grouping feature will be implemented? As I said it's absolutely critical for us and the service become useless without it.
    I am sure that this option will be very popular for your other clients and will make you nice service more attractable.
    If you decide to implement it can you please estimate its availability?

    While creating an Invoice, while searching the Item, we should be able to search it with any part of the words and not just the first four letters

    Hello Emmanuel!

    We would suggest you to try creating an application in Zoho Creator, using which you can embed a form in your website. You will be able to create an estimate in Zoho Books using the integration between the two products.

    Thanks for raising this request. I’ll pitch it to the team. Meanwhile I suggest you to try the Reports. In 'Expense Details' Report, we had provided an option to filter the expenses based on date. For more details please refer this link:

    Thanks for requesting this feature. As of now, we don't have an option to track commissions. But if your sales person commissions are fixed, you can take a look at 'Sales By Sales Person' report - https://www.zoho.com/invoice/kb/invoices/sales-person.html . This report shows total sales made by sales-person. You can export this report to excel and compute the commission in it.

    Hello Nick!

    You can set a default "Payment Mode" in Zoho Books. Kindly follow the steps provided in the link to set the same:

    At present, there is no option to set a default "Deposit To" account for payments. We will check the feasibility to provide it.

    Hi Albert Gil:

    You can export the receipts as a single PDF file by following these steps:

    1. Navigate to Purchases > Expense. By default we show 'All Expense'. Now change the filter to **Expense With Receipts**
    2. Select the expenses which you need to export.
    3. click the **print icon** on top of the list. This will open a PDF with all receipts include in it.

    Hope this helps.

    Yes. I agree we need to have an option to export the original receipts as a ZIP file. Will forward this requirement to our development team.

    Thank you for using our User Voice portal.

    It is possible to add multiple line items using our Mobile apps. Once you have added a line item, tap on the Add line item button again to add multiple line items.
