Please provide an option to save a group of customers so we can perform mass actions for a certain group of customers, rather than just mixing them all in with the every contact and having to go through and check each one individually every time.

In my automotive diagnostics business, I provide services to both "auto shops" and "private owners" who receive different rates and discounts. Would be convenient to have two separate contact lists (and corresponding item lists).
