Track commissions
I would like to know how I can track commissions for my sales reps.
For example:
A customer orders $1000 from Sales Rep A at 10% commission rate. We invoice the customer. 30days later the Customer pays their bill, we pull up a report Sales Rep commissions revenue based. So the report shows us 100 commission payable.
Example B
A customer orders 50000 from Sales Rep B at 5% commission rate. We invoice the customer. the customer never pays their bill ( they declare bankruptcy ) If we were to pull up the Sale Rep commission revenue based report we would see $0 commission payable.

I this is very vital. Keeping track of commissions is one vital stricture that all companies need. If it could be possible to have this in the system instead of exporting to excel, where by one can just print commissions report.

We pay both percentage based and fee based commissions. I would cast another 100 votes for item by item commissions!!

Thanks for requesting this feature. As of now, we don't have an option to track commissions. But if your sales person commissions are fixed, you can take a look at 'Sales By Sales Person' report - https://www.zoho.com/invoice/kb/invoices/sales-person.html . This report shows total sales made by sales-person. You can export this report to excel and compute the commission in it.
