Bulk Updating of Orders
Hi,
We are a small business.
We find it hectic to update orders manually 1 by 1. Not to mention, it is prone to errors.
I have submitted this request from day 1 i begin using Zoho to Zoho staff but till now there is no solution yet.
Can Zoho introduce a feature whereby we can bulk update orders:
1) from 'draft' to 'confirmed',
2) from 'confirmed' to 'to be shipped',
3) from 'to be shipped' to 'shipped'.
4) bulk creation of packages
5) bulk creation of shipment
6) bulk creation of invoices
7) bulk recording of invoice payments
This will help us free up a lot of time and also our warehouse staffs' time in updating shipped orders.
There is no reason to make us do it 1 by 1 when all orders will be updated in the same way. For instance, all sales orders will have invoices, so why can't we bulk create invoices?
All orders will have packages created so why can't we bulk create packages? Same goes to shipment and recording of invoice payments where payments will all be recorded to Paypal account.

Cannot second this request enough. EVERYTHING should be able to be performed in bulk. If there's an action that can be performed on one sales order, invoice, etc. etc. should have an option to be performed on many in one go without any artificial limitations.

Too many sales orders from Shopify... orders are fulfilled intantly or automatically..
but if i have 100 sales a day.. i have to invoice 1 by 1, and receive payments 1 by 1... its a waste of time...will take hours.
