build a NATIVE WooCommerce integration just like Shopify
Zoho has an opportunity to massively increase their customer base by supporting WooCommerce natively. Shopify has a native integration with Zoho Inventory and Shopify is a platform that is used by approx 270,000 merchants. WooCommerce on the other hand is a platform used by 2,000,000 sites(!!!), and for some awful reason Zoho decided to ‘partner’ with Kloud Connectors instead of building a native solution.
Zoho's leadership needs to understand that Kloud Connectors is an extremely poor solution and does nothing to help your customers. Kloud Connectors gives Zoho a bad name. Their solution only syncs ever 12 hours and it takes 24-48 hours to get any support response from them. The support responses are very poor and only reference documentation. In addition, they are expensive and you have to purchase a license for every site you need to integrate. The Shopify native integration easily supports multiple sites with no problem. I really wish Zoho would remove every mention of Kloud Connectors from your site, because they should NOT be considered an 'official partner'.
It’s frustrating to see “Integration with WooCommerce” marked as ‘available’ in this UserVoice forum, because it really shouldn’t be considered ‘available’. I’m hoping the time spent on making this ‘idea’ is worth it and we can get some solid feedback for the Zoho Inventory team on how important WooCommerce is to our businesses.

To the Admins here and the Product Managers, for Zoho being such a large software house, it's shocking to see you keep referring to 3rd party integrators, you are promoting ecommerce order support as a feature set but don't want to offer native support for popular ecommerce platforms except for shopify? You're missing the trick here.

So disappointed with Zoho. I was about to sign up to Zoho One, lack of native support for woocommerce is a deal breaker, and based on the comments here not going to sign up to kloud connectors, I mean look at their website, it's from 1998!

Our team spent over 50 days attempting to work with Kloud Connectors. You get 1 email response per day, because they do not have U.S. support hours. It was a terribly slow process, and in the end, even with their "custom configurations" for our WooCommerce stores, it consistently damaged our Zoho Inventory numbers. SKUs were removed, price lists were affected, orders did not come into ZI with the correct information. Dealing with Kloud Connectors was honestly one of the worst technical business experiences I've ever had. Very unprofessional and it's an absolute shame that Zoho still maintains they are an "official partner"

There are 3-5 forums or blogs that all discuss the need for a direct woocommerce to zoho inventory integration. @moderator needs to jump in and combine all of these disparate requests into one suggestion. Maybe it will get some attention at that point.

Totally agree! Please kick the Kloud Connector away and dev the native WC integration for us.
I don't know what's the commission you can get from Kloud Connector, but they really sucks.
Please take care of your own paid clients and add more value to your service.
