  1. Very Important Updation request for the QUANTITY parameter in Zoho Books and Inventory

    In fabric supply/manufacturing business
    Let's say the Fabric name is A.
    Fabric A have many rolls and each roll have different weights.

    Customer ordered 10 rolls of Fabric A. Let's say each Roll Weight - RW.
    There should be a field where I should be able to add quantity in front of Fabric A like RW1 + RW2 + RW3.......RW10. And the total of all RW is visible in the default Quantity field. And also the individual RW is also visible which sums the Quantity field.

    During dispatching, we recheck if the actual roll weight matches with what is mentioned…

  2. Enable the ability to import CSV data directly from Zoho Sheets

    This would allow for the formatting of nonconforming data remotely using templates created in Sheets and would eliminate the need to download and then re-upload into other Zoho applications.

  3. Allow to change quantity during transfer order receipt

    When we receive transfer orders, we should be able to change the quantities or batch/serial numbers at receipt. There could be damages in transit or batch number mismatches that need to be corrected

  6. Multiples secuencias de facturas

    Muchos países Latinoamericanos utilizan facturas controladas por las Agencias de Impuestos (Facturas Fiscales) y estas requieren de que la empresa deba llevar una secuencia numérica por cada tipo de comprobante fiscal. Estos comprobantes se deben elegir al momento de hacer la factura de acuerdo con el tipo que el cliente solicite.
    El el caso de Zoho, se podría crear una Plantilla por cada tipo de factura y solo hace falta que ustedes permitan crear un secuencia separado para cada plantilla

  7. leveling item data

    in my country, there are so many conventional merchants.
    means, they don't know much about internet things.

    so here, my business is to collect their items, then i build channel so that i can upload their product to local marketplaces.

    however, in your current api create item, there's only one identity for item, which is organization_id.

    as i mentioned it before, all my goods are not belong to me.
    and i wanna build new feature, that they can upload their own item from my page, then they can do allocation to each of marketplace that they want.

    so i need…

  8. Allow the sales tax to be changed in a marketplace order.

    My store orders do not sync with the correct sales tax. My shopify store charges a 4% City Sales tax, 1% County Sales Tax, and 4% States sales tax. When the sales order syncs, I am left with a Shopify tax of 9%. When I have to match my tax payments to these authorities in Zoho books they is no way to match unless I delete the market place sales order and manual enter the sales order. This defeats the purpose of having my sales orders synced.

  9. Location wise Cost of Goods Sold

    Dear Zoho Team
    1. We want to have location wise (Point of Sales wise or say Warehouse wise) Profit & Loss account.

    Current Zoho Books does not calculate Cost of Goods Sold (CGS) on location basis. It takes out stock values from the primary warehouse and charge CGS to the primary warehouse for sales made in other locations.

    This renders it impossible to generate location wise P& L.

    Kindly develop this area.

    1. Moreover it reduces value of stock from primary warehouse, even if sales are made by other branches. Principally the stock value should be taken from that particular location…

  11. Add tags to Items

    In exploring the Add Items in Bulk feature for Sales Orders, I find it relatively useless when having to sort through thousands of items, it's no different than adding lines really.

    By adding Tags to items we might be better able to narrow searches to Subgroups, or A, B and C items based on velocity.

  12. Poder marcar artículos en una factura en comodato (alquiler) o vendido.

    Nuestra empresa presta un servicio que contiene Hardware. El cliente tiene posibilidad de comprar el Hardware o de tenerlo en comodato (alquilado) durante el tiempo que dure el contrato.
    Desde inventory, no podemos saber cuánto es el Hardware que tenemos vendido ycuándo tenemos "prestado" a los clientes.

  13. Poder convertir la moneda base en otra.

    Empezamos con ARS, pero con la fluctuación del valor de la moneda, necesitamos cambiar la la base a USD. Al no ser esto factible, tenemos que ir cambiando manualmente cada uno de los valores de los artículos cada vez que el dolar aumenta.

  16. the province doesn't appear on the invoice

    the province I'm in,
    the email address of my company
    the phone number of the company
    why do none of these appear on the invoice? That's a pretty major flaw.

  17. Exporting feature for the batch details report

    The "Batch details report" feature can only generate the report on the browser and there is no export button on that page. May we request to have an export feature for this report?

    Can we also suggest to show on that report the manufacture - expiry dates of each batch, qty sold, qty available for selling, committed qty, SKU, item name, description.

  18. marketplace

    There needs to be more mappable fields between the Inventory app and the CRM App. When items are added with Images to the Inventory app, there doesn't seem to be a way to map these so that they can be used in the CRM app.

    ALL fields (text/images etc) that are used/available in the Inventory app need to also be available/switchable on/off based on configuration in the CRM app. I'm now having to do double the amount of work to get the CRM app working as I would like.

  20. Saving Selling and Purchasing Price automatic

    Selling and Purchasing prices varies every time, Is better when i enter a purchase price on my purchasing order, to save it direct corresponding to the item, rather than going again to edit purchasing price to the items
    The same applied on selling price, is better if i am selling order to write the product price that will automatic be saved.
