Sales Order stock blocking
I suggest to add as a third option (besides upon packing slip creation or invoicing) to be able to block the stock when a sales order is raised, as this avoid the risk of having stock sold twice if there is a delay between the sales order and the delivery (some times for several weeks), in cases that the invoice is only send after the good arrival.
