pause subscription
pause subscription other than canceling it
Dear customers,
Zoho Subscriptions now allows you to pause and resume subscriptions.
It mainly helps avoid cancellations, thereby reducing churn. You can know more on this feature here:
https://www.zoho.com/subscriptions/help/subscriptions.html#pause-resume
You can share your feedback with us at support[at]zohosubscriptions[dot]com
Regards,
Reshma

hi
Is It possible to pause subscription via zoho
subscription api? -

Very important. All other subscription engines like Chargebee, Chargify, Recurly etc have this. We often need to pause for customers that do not want to use the service eg during holidays. Cancelling and then creating a new service again is very time consuming, and we also have automation, notifications and onboarding activities that steart for each new subscription, so not really possible.

I'm not able to find an option where I can have clients pause their subscriptions temporarily and then restart at a future date...
Right now I have to manually push the billing date further and get it done.. or else cancel the subscription completely...
It would be great to have a feature where it's a temporary discontinuation of subscription and can be activated whenever we want in future...

This is very important to our business as well. There are many reasons for a customer to pause a subscription only temporarily and then continue at a later date.

We run a meal delivery service and customers need to pause so often as they are out of town, want to take a break, etc. A feature for them to pause in the portal and then reactivate themselves would be extremely handy and give ease of use to our clients.
