I don't have any votes left at the moment, but I really would like this feature. Each customer gets an auto-generated, unique promo code.
They can give that promo code to anyone they'd refer. Admins should be able to set the value and structure of the promo code. Plus the 'option' to apply same or different discount to the existing existing customer subscription AND new customer subscription would be great when they promo code is applied. Like a thank you for both.
It would be a great way to help Zoho customers easily grow their business through referrals, AND track them!

I also thought this was weird. There's auto-generated numbers in other places, why not here? As Jamie mentioned in a previous comment - not ALL bills are created from an invoice that a customer sent. These are used for all kinds of tracking and budgeting. Even to help track paychecks/guaranteed payments to owners/investors.
Please add this as an optional feature that can be turned on or off as needed for recurring bills., it would help a lot.

Yes, Hosted Pages desperately needs an overhaul. If Zoho Checkout allows for different hosted pages, why not the more robust "Subscriptions?" Different products often require different verbiage, terms of service, logos, styling, etc.
Plus, the fact that header text is shared across the Payment and the Credit Card update page doesn't make a lot of sense. It'd be nice to have the ability to make multiple hosted page templates, allowing the user to choose which subscription plan & widget to point to. I know this has been requested in other posts for years before this...hopefully there's something on the roadmap!

It'd be great if Zoho could simply identify the location of the client when they sign up (by entering their address), it could pass this information to Avalara, which would then associate the correct tax to the subscription.

Zoho went 90% by allowing users to create credit notes and refund them via any payment method.
But WHY didn't they just finish it by allowing users to actually write the check to refund the amount?? This seems so obvious. It makes a tough situation worse.
