Option to select the time at which the recurring invoices are sent.

Deduct refund amounts so that Total Sales are accurate! (Perhaps refund from Invoices instead of having to generate a Credit Note?)
Currently when a refund is processed the refunded amount is NOT deducted from the client's total sales—perhaps because at the moment it can only be processed via a Credit Note—so the client overview gives incorrect information. I don't know whether it is also incorrectly reflected in overall sales, haven't had the time to confirm that yet.
This also wastes time (and is frustratingly redundant) when different users have to dig into invoices, credit notes etc. to see if a refund has in fact been processed.

Please add "All Time" in dropdown menu for Sales / Income / Expense etc.
Currently options are "this fiscal year; last fiscal year; last 12 months; last 6 months".
Since most of our clients are billed over multiple years we would like to see an "All Time" sales total for each of them without having to do a custom report every time.

Please move comment areas to the side of invoices etc. instead of the top
It would be great to have comments at the side in order to view an entire invoice without having to scroll down to see complete info.

Please add a comment section at the side of the overview page
It would be very useful to have a comment section in the contact overview that could be instantly accessed by all users for scratchpad and temporary comments (the notes field unfortunately requires a number of click-throughs to get to, but is still useful for more permanent notes).
An area at the side would be preferable to the top, since comments at the top mean you have to scroll down to see all the contact information.

Better, more integrated time tracking
Current time tracking features include logging time by duration or by start and end time, starting a timer to track duration, and stopping and resuming a timer. These things can all be done, to varying degrees and in different ways, on the website, in the Android and iOS apps, and via the "Zoho Invoice Timer" Chrome extension.
The current time tracking options are poorly integrated with one another, and some are lacking basic features. Let's take the Website as a baseline, and discuss the others from there.

Venmo Payments Option
Venmo.com is a great way to request payment from clients. Ideally Zoho Invoice would integrate with Venmo so that when I send an invoice, it will request payment, or send me to the page to request payment, with the invoice amount and project name filled in.

Reset auto generation of invoice numbers on starting of every year
Provides an option to reset the prefix and number for invoice on every new year or send a reminder mail to change the invoice number settings.

A column for "Sales Person" in the report "Payments Received"?
It would be fantastic with a column in the report "Payments Received" that also shows who the sales person is (maybe from "show more"?).
When you export the report to Excel, it will be easy to sort / filter this column.

Recurring Invoices Reports
Currently there is no reporting on revenue coming from recurring invoices. It would be great if I can see a summary of yearly revenue from recurring invoices. Thanks.

In Automation, currently the workflow limit for each module is 10. This can be increased.

Add Hungarian language support
It would be really nice if Hungarian language was supported in Zoho Invoice as it is in CRM and Campaigns. We have users who don't speak other languages and it would really help us to make the switch. Having Hungarian support in CRM and Campaigns was one of the main reason we tried Zoho in the first place and it's a kind of killer feature for us.
We can help with the translations if needed.

Classification of clients and the income by country
There should be an option of sorting clients and income by country. This will enable the users so generate customer list country wise and also country wise income report.

Create Duplicate Invoices and Second Invoices.
In Mozambique and other countries its required that duplicate invoices be created. One which stays with the Client and one that serves of Proof with the Company. The second copy should indicate that it is a Duplicate. Another useful feature is that once the invoice is issued and printed, if it is to be printed again for the client it should indicate that it is the 2nd invoice being sent. This is useful to control whether clients have received invoices or not.

Separate the revenue collected when a sales person is involved.
Say, I send an invoice to a client and collect money on behalf of my candidates. I might invoice the client for $110. $100 is for the salary of the candidate and $10 is revenue collected from that placement. But in our system, it shows the revenue as $110.There should be a way to separate this $100 and $10
