  1. Mail for Invoice cancelation

    I can send the invoice via email but i cant send an email for invoice cancelation to notify the customer

  2. Dashboard options

    In Dashboard an option to show sales including draft invoices. I have clients that I only invoice monthly and it would be handy to see the total outstanding.

  3. schedule invoice sending

    Scheduling the sending of invoice can be done for recurring invoices but not for one time invoices.
    It would be nice to be able to set a date and time for the sending of invoice for the case where the service is known to be finished on a given date and that you'll be vacant and away from the keyboard (on holidays) for weeks

  4. Restrict user roles

    Users, even though they cannot view customers or their information can access the "Create invoice" page. While they are unable to create an invoice they are able to view customer emails. If we are keeping information from customers and employees confidential this does not help. Would like users to not be able to contact customers whatsoever.

  6. Show number of billing cycles remaining in "Recurring Invoices" list view

    It would be extremely useful to be able to see how many recurring invoices remain per customer; currently we have to open up each recurring invoice to see how many billing cycles are left—tedious and time-consuming.

    It would also be amazing if there was a summary or report available of expected/future revenue from recurring invoices.

  7. Allow Boolean (AND/OR) searches, or searches within a subset

    Searching by keywords is a useful way to cross-reference, check accuracy re: invoice and payment dates, etc.

    I can't currently filter customers by a combination of keywords since the search function only returns the exact string I entered.

    It would be great to be able to use AND and OR commands in a search, or to narrow down a search within a subset instead of having to search the entire database with a single search string and then rely on sorting the results to find what I'm looking for.

    The ability to generate work orders from the estimate (without all administrative info) would be greatly beneficial.

  10. Cancel automated reminder if the invoice debt is under a certain value

    If the client has partially paid an invoice, for example paid 99.9$ from 100$, I want that the automated reminders not to be sent. I want to set the value myself in Zoho (everything under 10$, don't send automated reminders).

  17. Deduct refund amounts so that Total Sales are accurate! (Perhaps refund from Invoices instead of having to generate a Credit Note?)

    Currently when a refund is processed the refunded amount is NOT deducted from the client's total sales—perhaps because at the moment it can only be processed via a Credit Note—so the client overview gives incorrect information. I don't know whether it is also incorrectly reflected in overall sales, haven't had the time to confirm that yet.

    This also wastes time (and is frustratingly redundant) when different users have to dig into invoices, credit notes etc. to see if a refund has in fact been processed.

  18. Please add "All Time" in dropdown menu for Sales / Income / Expense etc.

    Currently options are "this fiscal year; last fiscal year; last 12 months; last 6 months".

    Since most of our clients are billed over multiple years we would like to see an "All Time" sales total for each of them without having to do a custom report every time.

  19. Please move comment areas to the side of invoices etc. instead of the top

    It would be great to have comments at the side in order to view an entire invoice without having to scroll down to see complete info.

  20. Please add a comment section at the side of the overview page

    It would be very useful to have a comment section in the contact overview that could be instantly accessed by all users for scratchpad and temporary comments (the notes field unfortunately requires a number of click-throughs to get to, but is still useful for more permanent notes).

    An area at the side would be preferable to the top, since comments at the top mean you have to scroll down to see all the contact information.
