  2. Contract Manager

    It would be nice to have a "contract" manager addition to contacts. This could be accomplished by checking a box for adding contract info such as start and end dates, contract amount, etc. it would also be nice if Zoho would send reminder emails prior to expiration date of contracts. This may be achievable via Workflow Automation but would we nice if if were part of the package.

    Add Outstanding Filter option when sending bulk statements from the contact section.

    I appreciate the Outstanding Filter in the statement section, very much needed. Just missing in the bulk statement section.

  5. Company & VAT Field / VAT ID Validation

    Company Registration Number and VAT ID should be already default fields.

    It would be also awesome if VAT ID could be validated directly through VIES.

  6. sort for custom fields in Contact List

    Hello,

    the custom views and custom fields are great, but I would like to sort for my custom fields in the contact list. could you implement this sort function?

  7. Default tax preference for contacts

    Set a default tax mefhod per contact. Some contacts use compounded tax, some use other methods, but the tax method is always the same per customer. It would save a lot of time to fix a contact's tax method by default.

    In Zoho Invoice, we have different editions based on your business location. In some editions, the app offers the option to choose tax preference for contacts while it’s not possible in some other editions. Hence, we request you to drop an email to support[at]zohoinvoice[dot]com so that we can assist you on this.

  8. Search city and state using zip code of the cotnact

    ability to set up zip codes and they automatically bring up city and state when we select them upon entering a new client. 90% of my client base are new clients.

  10. Share contacts between organizations

    I'm just getting started with Zoho and it is nice... but one thing I noticed is that if I setup a new organization, I have to setup contacts for it separately. It would be better if existing contacts could be used by different organizations.

  11. Increase number of shipping addresses to unlimited ?

    Need shipping address limit increased to unlimited if possible. I invoice a single client for upwards of 200 locations. Thank you for your consideration.

  12. Contact Image

    I'd like to be able to upload an image for my contacts. Whether it be an individuals photo, a business logo, or something else. This gives me a visual way of quickly finding a contact.

    If this is not possible it would be nice to have the icon next to a contact change to a company icon (warehouse, office building, etc.) if the contact has been set up as a company.

  14. customize customer and vendor statements.

    Kindly provide option to customize customer and vendor statements.

    Especially "reference in received payment" and " invoice notes" field are extremely important which are missing from the contact statement.

  16. Customer Statement to include Retainer Invoice's Reference Field

    When customising the Customer Statement, Statement Table section, please include the option to add the Invoice's (Retainer too!) Reference field into the Transaction Details column.

    For example, the column currently says "RI-2018-00004". If the Invoice's Reference field has "Bulk Widgets XYZ for Project ABC", then the Customer Statement's Transaction Details column should be "RI-2018-00004: Bulk Widgets XYZ for Project ABC".

    Be able to send an invoice to several contacts at a time who purchased the same thing from you (eg. 4 music lessons in a month). Have it send out different invoice #'s.

  20. Please add a comment section at the side of the overview page

    It would be very useful to have a comment section in the contact overview that could be instantly accessed by all users for scratchpad and temporary comments (the notes field unfortunately requires a number of click-throughs to get to, but is still useful for more permanent notes).

    An area at the side would be preferable to the top, since comments at the top mean you have to scroll down to see all the contact information.
