If you have an idea for a new feature that you want to see in Zoho Invoice, then you've reached the right place.

Feel free to post your ideas, comments, or suggestions in this space.

While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  2. Separate iOS or Android app or allow existing Invoice App to enter timesheet data when off-line

    I work in rural communities and don't have internet access - I want to be able to record my time spent on site immediately and not have to write it down and wait until I have access to the internet.

  6. Needed updates on app Invoice and Estimate view

    When looking at the Invoice/ Estimate Please add these features.

    1. Click the address to get driving directions (this is in the customer view please add to the estimate and the Invoice View)
    2. be able to call the customer. (If you are looking at an estimate and want to call that client it is like 40 clicks, it is too difficult to call the customer about one invoice in particular.)

  7. Reduce resolution of receipt images before upload in iphone app

    Iphone takes images at very high resolution. So photos taken for receipts take a long time to upload when recording an expense.
    The Zoho Invoice app should automatically reduce the resolution of the photo so that uploads are faster.

  8. Offline Use + Add/Create Invoice Widget

    Hi Guys, would like to able to use the app offline and just have it sync later when connected online. I had pending items to do with regards to my invoices: add clients, create invoices, change some settings, etc. which I had planned to do on a plane trip but couldn't do anything. As someone mentioned here as well... they live/work in a rural area and would just need to log items. Offline use would be great. Also, could we have a Create/Add Invoice widget (on iOS). There's only a timer which we don't use. Thanks Guys!

  9. mobile app credit card payment

    Mobile app credit card payment (with Stripe gateway storage) - Ability to enter credit card or take a picture of credit card(with card image recognition for the numbers) to associate with customer. That will allow to accept Invoice payments on location with customers.

  11. Make recent activity hyperlinked in Android App

    When looking up a contact on the mobile app, the recent activity should hyperlink to the actual activity like it does in the desktop app.

    For example. Look up: John Smith. Recent activity lists creating invoice #123 for $100 on May 9th. You should be able to click on this to go to that invoice in the mobile app.

  12. On the iPad, instead of putting a roadblock and forcing me to use the mobile app, just suggest it and list the benefits of the mobile app.

    On the iPad I simply click request desktop site and it works perfectly.

  13. Calendar in Timesheet in the app

    It would be great if the (IOS) app had the calendar UI like the web version. It dont use the app because of that - it’s where I spend most of my zoho time. Everything else is brill.

  15. Ability to Edit Invoice Emails in the Mobile App

    Right now though you can send invoices by email from the iOS app, you cannot edit the content of the email. I’d like to be able to edit the email content when sending it (just like you can on the website), because with the new Catalyst app I’m using the “mobile” app on my Mac more than the website, and that is the one thing that I’m having to still go to the website to take care of.

  16. Notification in Mobile Application for Pending approvals

    There should be a separate tab/Dashboard for all the pendency (approvals/actionable) from a particular user in Web as well as Mobile application. This will help an individual to quickly scan through all actionable and initiate action rather than going to each module and see what is pending.

    Add an extra verification on the status change of an estimate. It is too easy to change the status of an invoice. and too hard to change it back.
