  1. Automatically enable Client Portal through CRM

    Our company uses Zoho CRM and Zoho Invoice and they're integrated. It doesn't appear that there is an option to "enable client portal" through the CRM side. Therefore we have to create a contact in CRM and then go over to Zoho Invoice software and individually "enable" the clients portal. It would be ideal if we could enable the Client Portal through CRM or automatically "enable client portal" for all contacts in Zoho Invoice.

    By setting up an automation workflow in Zoho CRM, you can enable the client portal access for your contacts (in Zoho Invoice) as and when you create them in CRM.

  4. Allow Customer to Request Estimate

    The customer should be able to request a quote directly in the portal with a large descriptive section and the ability to upload files. Then - the Estimate request could come to me and I could accept/decline the request with some text of my own. If Accepted - it simply becomes an Estimate and I can take it from there. If declined - the request goes back to the customer requesting more information or with my explanation of why I can't provide an estimate.

  5. Client Portal Ordering

    Allow customers to log in to the Client Portal to place an order (basically create their own invoice). This would send a notification of the order request that could be accepted by the company and then fulfilled.

    As an example, I use Zoho Invoice for my consumer products company to sell wholesale to retailers & distributors. It would be great if they could use the portal to make reorders of the items they are selling through.

  6. Portal Access to multiple clients from one email address

    I find the protal access really useful for my clients so that they can always know where they stand with my account. However I deal with a marketing agecy who sends all their design work to me while managing the process. I invoice the client directly but the marketing agency is an integral part of the team. I would like to give the "middle man" portal access to all of the clients we work on together but I see this is not currently possible.
