Portal Access to multiple clients from one email address
I find the protal access really useful for my clients so that they can always know where they stand with my account. However I deal with a marketing agecy who sends all their design work to me while managing the process. I invoice the client directly but the marketing agency is an integral part of the team. I would like to give the "middle man" portal access to all of the clients we work on together but I see this is not currently possible.

AGREED! I, too, have clients with multiple locations with one email address. This renders the portal function as useless for 75% of my clients! Fix. This. Please!

Agree. This is really important for us. Many of our customers are landlords who have multiple businesses, all managed by the same person. Currently this impossible without asking them to create unique email addresses for each!

Same issue here. I do work for a company with many locations that use the same Accounts person for 2 or 3 locations. It would be much simpler for them to have access to all account portals.

So far the only thing I can't figure out. This would be nice to have since I have a few clients who are running multiple businesses. It's a pain for them to have 2 logins for the portal.

Same here, I have a customer that has a few branches that trade separably but one person that handles the accounts for all the branches

I have a few clients who run different businesses (such as a marketing agency who works with multiple clients who are all billed separately). It would be great if I could give access to multiple contacts in the client portal to one person using the same email address for each.

Count me in on this one too! I manage 500+ cost centers and the respective finance teams need access. There's only 60 or so people that need this access. Sadly a key feature of the system is unavailable and will create days of extra work to close my books each month.

1 Head office - 3 team leaders managing 20 outlets ( 20 cost centers). Client portal access is restricted to one email for one outlet. any help

I need to be able to use the same contact for multiple different companies. My customer/clients have separate entities that need individual invoicing for the companies, but I contact the same person. I can only set up one portal for one company with that contact. Because my contact is the same on the other companies, I cannot set up a portal for those other companies . It would be nice to be able to make the portal for that contact attachable to all companies associated with that contact.
