  1. extra placeholders to state pay "every 6 months"

    When using the placeholder "%PayFrequency" and you are using a billing cycle of e.g. 6 months. The placeholder now only states "months" in stead of "every 6 months". Please add extra placeholders that also integrates the number of months.

  2. Live chat or direct messaging system in client portal

    I think an option for live chat or direct messaging via the portal is a good option. So when us and the client are logged in we can talk easyier. Great for smaller companies.

    We are happy to inform that Zoho Subscriptions is now integrated with Zoho SalesIQ. This integration allows you to set up live chat support within your customer portal.

    By providing real-time assistance to your customers via the self-service portal, you can close your books faster, keep more customers happy, and elevate your overall customer experience.

    To set up this integration, you can log in to your Zoho Subscriptions account and choose Settings > Integrations > Zoho apps > Zoho SalesIQ.

  3. Display Zoho Subscriptions in Zoho Desk

    Our company uses Zoho Desk to handle all customer service related requests. When a client calls in, we need to check Zoho Subscriptions to see if they are currently active, and which plan they have. It would be very helpful if that information was automatically displayed in Zoho Desk. I'm aware that some customer fields can be passed through CRM to Desk, but it would be much easier to simply display the customer's subsipcription in Desk. There is already an integration for this for CRM so if that same integration could be added to Desk that would be very helpful.

  4. Cancellation reasons

    When a customer wants to cancel, a short form pops up asking why they want to cancel, and maybe offers a coupon, etc

    Thanks for posting on our feedback forum.

    Zoho Subscriptions allows you to customize your customer cancellation journey. You can either place a plain text box to collect the cancellation reason, or enter pre-defined options for the customers to choose from.

    To try this, please log into your Zoho Subscriptions account and choose Settings > Preferences > Subscriptions > Cancellation preferences.

  5. Coupons applied to one-time add-ons

    Coupons cannot be currently applied to one-time add-ons.

    Example: Our new customers often have an "Installation Fee" that is a one-time add-on when they sign up. They may have a coupon when they sign up too. The coupon should be applied to the entire balance when they sign up, not just the recurring charges.

  6. Add Custom Fields to Advanced Search

    We really need to use Custom Fields in the Customer records to be able to use Subscriptions. Currently we can't search based on information in the custom fields. This is almost a show stopper for us as it makes it very difficult for users to quickly locate customers.

    Zoho Subscriptions allows you to perform an ‘advanced search’ to filter customer records based on the customer-level custom fields you create.

    The checkout page is very bland, and really could use more customization, starting with at least the logo.

  8. Notify me via Email when Customers Subscription is about to expire

    I would like to be notified by email when a Customers Subscription is about to be expired, so I can sign them back up!

  9. Import customer data

    We should be able to import customer data. We are migrating from another platform and have to input one by one is time consuming and does not help as an entry or selling point for your service.

    Have to make it easy for people to migrate.

  11. API: The "List all subscriptions API" - add customer_id in response

    in the followin API:
    https://subscriptions.zoho.com/api/v1/subscriptions

    Add customer_id in the respons.
    Really needed to make this API usefull.

    Hi Charlie,

    We have an option to change the “sender” email to one of your organization email address under Settings → Organization Profile —> Primary Contact. Click on the Change link and choose the option.

  13. webhooks should have verification token provided by the user

    For added security, it would be nice to have webhooks sending verification token in the POST headers, like auth token, which will be provided by the user at the time of creating webhook. Verification token makes it possible to know if the webhook is actually originated from zoho subscriptions.
