After a failed payment they system retries up to three times. If the transaction goes through on the retries there is no indication on the Payments Failure screen that anything has changed. It looks like we still have failed payments when in fact they have gone through on the retry. Some sort of status needs to be changed on both the Dashboard and on the Payments Failure Screen to indicate that those have gone through or in fact are still failed payments otherwise we have to click on each invoice and look to see if a successful payment has gone…1 vote
Dunning settings (how many emails and re-attempts) should be customizable and give more options. We use another service right now, and find that our success rate with certain clients was much higher if we extended our dunning process longer (ie. people out of town or traveling).2 votes
