Hi,
Given the Coronavirus pandemia, all businesses are going to suffer from a high level of late payments. Would it be possible to enable the possibility for our internal staff to decide what amount of an unpaid invoice we want to try to charge. This would enable us to get paid for at least 25, 50 or 75% of the invoice amount, in case the customer does not have enough money to pay for the full amount, but can pay part of the amount due.

While you record payment for an invoice manually in Zoho Subscriptions, you can edit the payment received. This way, you can record partial payments against the invoice.
If you’d like your customers to be able to make partial payments online, you can enable this under Settings > Preferences > Subscriptions.

Yes! Zoho Subscriptions does have an integration with Razorpay using which you can collect payments via card, UPI, Net banking, and more. Sorry about the delay in getting back to your request.

Total Number of Subscriptions should Appear
The subscriptions list shows the word "total" at the bottom. It should include the total number of subscriptions.

Show Date/Month of Service on invoice
We are charging our customers at the first of every month. What we need is the option, to add a date of service/month of service to the invoice.
Because if we charge in example at the first of december, then the month of service for this charge is "December 2018".
This is very needed for German Market Customers!

In Zoho Subscriptions, the duration of the plan will be, by default, displayed along with the plan details in the invoice PDF. In case you have already given a “Plan description” manually, this will be displayed in place of the plan duration.
In case you’d like to display both information (plan description as well as the plan duration), you can insert suitable placeholders in the plan description.

Attach documents in the invoices and allowing the customer download them at anytime in his "Customer Portal"
In many cases, suppliers need to provide customers additional documentation related to their purchase - in addition to the basic pdf - and normaly they are required to include these documents in an email. Imagine being to able attach all required documents directly in the transaction record in "Zoho Subscriptions" - in the invoice to be precise - allowing the customer to display them in the "Customer Portal" enable them to download at anytime, this is our idea and Mexico would appreciate it :)

Zoho Subscriptions allows you to attach up to 10 files to an invoice, and each of these files can be upto 5 MB in size.
While you navigate to the ‘Invoices’ module, click on the invoice and choose the ‘Attach files’ option on the top, you’ll also have an option to decide if the attachments should be displayed in the customer portal and emails.

Ability to reactivate a "cancel immediately" subscription
Your Help documentation center states that I should be able to by clicking the "change subscription" button; however that button doesn't exist.
Either remove this in your help documentation center under Subscription or add this feature.

We understand that you’d like to resume a cancelled subscription on a future date. We believe the ‘Pause and resume subscriptions’ feature would meet this. When you choose to resume a paused subscription, you can either resume it immediately or on a future date.

Though the default ‘Subscription about to expire’ email goes out 3 days before the expiry date, you can configure additional email alerts using automation workflows.
Kindly choose Settings > Automation > Email alerts. While creating an email alert, you can choose to create a ‘custom event’, where you can enter when exactly you want to trigger the email before the ‘End date’.

Report by Sales person
A report similar to the Sales by Sales Person report in Zoho Books, dedicated entirely for Subscriptions created within Zoho Subscriptions. This will help us understand which Sales Rep has which subscriptions under him.

Hi I think a great feature request would be to add pricing table layouts based on product feature inclusions. See this link as an example for what I mean.

Report Total Quantity / Number of Subscriptions
There should be a report that includes the total quantity or number of subscriptions. When you're creating a new subscription you can specify a quantity for each subscription, but there's not way to get a total of that number.

In Zoho Subscriptions, you can run the “Sales by plan” report to know the plan-wise quantity sold. If you click on the quantity next to a specific plan, you can also get a drilled-down version of that plan’s sales.

One Time PayPal Payments
Allow one time payments for Indian merchants through Paypal from Zoho Subscriptions just as it is available in Zoho books.
Lack of this is limiting payment options for international customers.

Easy Custom Fields on Hosted Pages
So we don't have to email in a request to have a custom field added on the back end of our Hosted Page, we can easily add and modify the custom fields ourselves.

In the hosted payment pages, if you want your customers to fill some fields, you can create them as custom fields under the ‘Customers’ module. While you create it under Settings > Preferences > Customers > Custom fields, you can choose to show/hide the field in hosted pages.

Send email notification to additional people when a subscription payment fails
It would be great if we could set up a workflow and/or notification to email additional people within our company when a subscription payment fails. Right now those notices go to one person only and we'd like to be able to copy other people on any payment failures.

The feature you’ve requested is already available in Zoho Subscriptions, please follow the steps given below
One, you can add the email addresses (to whom you want to notify) in the Retry Settings section.
- Navigate to Gear Icon > More Settings > Retry Settings.
- In the following screen, click on the button Credit Card next to On Payment failure field.
- In the email template edit section, you can add the email address of the User you want to notify using the CC field. Once added, they will be notified on each payment failure.Two, you can add the email address (to whom you want to notify) in the Email Notifications section.
- Navigate to Gear Icon > More Settings > Email Notifications.
- Click the default button next to Payment Failure email notification to edit the email template.

Offering a discount to the monthly payment (or a free month) to an existing member for referring a new member.
I would like to offer any existing member a discount if they bring in a new member. This would have to be via a member code? Or the existing member name? If their name is entered on sign up then the existing member will get a discount. Can this be made possible?

You can get this done by using Zoho Creator along with Zoho Subscriptions.
You can create a custom field in Zoho Subscriptions for customer with the label name Referral Code and data type as Auto-Generate number to create unique referral code for each customer. You can then use Zoho Creator to listen to New Subscription webhook from Zoho Subscriptions, so that when a referred customer signs up , he/she will have to enter the referral code of the referrer in the Hosted page. Zoho Creator will be notified when this subscription gets activated through the webhook, and it can capture the referral code and use it to identify the customer (referrer) and add a coupon for his/her next subscription.

Add the possibility to automatically/through the API enable client portal for a customer
Add the possibility to automatically enable client portal for a customer. Currently the permissions need be addressed manually via the admin portal for each customer. It would be great to automate this via the API.

We are glad to inform you that, we do have an option to enable portal for a customer through the API. You will just have to pass the node is_portal_enabled, when creating a customer (POST —> /customers) or editing a customer (PUT —> /customers/CUSTOMERID ).
