Existing Customers buy other subscbrtion without fillup addresse and other details. Put options existing Customers login option on plan page. Existing Customers just enter email and password and purchase other subscbrtion.

Zoho Subscriptions allows you to pre-fill hosted pages where you can pass certain information of the customers and then direct them to the checkout page. Kindly check if this would meet your requirement:
