Zoho Subscriptions is integrated with PayTabs to help businesses in the Middle East accept payments in various currencies and modes. You can configure this under Settings > Integrations > Online payments.

    I'm looking into your service and I can't find a suitable match for the Middle East region. You are lacking business due to the payment gateway partnership that limits your business to expand in the Middle East.
