  2. Track customer churn and revenue churn separately

    Let’s say I have 10 active customers in a month and 1 cancels. At the customer level that is a 10% churn.
    Let’s say my MRR from these 10 customers is a total of INR 5 lakh. And the 1 churned customer accounts for INR 1.5 Lakh. So my revenue churn is 30% at the MRR level.
    It is vital for my business to track both types of churn in parallel to really understand what is going on.

  3. The ability to see all payments received on the payment details....applied and unapplied (unused credit).

    Currently when I generate the report, it omits the unapplied (unused credits). This should not be the case, as the payment details should reflect every payment entered regardless of the application. This report is very important in validating and balancing customers payments.

  4. Show Salesperson in Active Subscriptions View

    When viewing the active subscriptions, it would be ideal to have a column which displays the salesperson responsible for the subscription.This way, when I export the active subscriptions to an XLSX, I will see the account name, the $ amount, the item name and the salesperson.

  5. Customize detailed reports

    Add the ability to customize the detailed sales reports. Specifically, it would be very helpful to be able to add the customer's email to the detailed list of sales by add-on. That feature would enable us to more easily communicate with customers based on their subscription.

  6. Ability to Customs reports to see Serial Numbers and Batches

    For now we can only custom the date range.

    It will be good to have the possibility to see the serial numbers. For Instance if I want to see the sales in a range period with the associated Serial Numbers, I can't.

  7. Fantastic: I have an idea that I think would be great.

    I love how it's set up with a drop down box to choose the sales person, this allows an honest sales rep to put a sale in another sales Rep's name. Could you take this 1 step further and I don't want to try to guess how you would do it but it it was possible for 2 reps to share a sale. This happens a lot with my ShowTeams & I always have to manually fix it. I understand if my suggestion doesn't make it, Zoho rocks either way. Thank you for everything.

  9. list customers *without* a payment option associated

    It'd be helpful to be able to list customers without a payment option associated. There is currently a customer view for those with a payment option. It'd be great if that were a built-in view or a filter option when creating a custom view.

    Cohort analysis:
    - customer by cohort
    - customer churn by cohort
    - Revenue by CUSTOMER cohort

  11. Integration of chartmogul for business reporting

    Hi there !

    Is there a way to communicate with chartmogul (https://chartmogul.com/) maybe over zapier or a direct integration.
    This tool is used for supervising business and make some reports for business angels and investors in companies.

  15. Ability to export invoices and subscriptions in detail (line items) by customer

    Export invoices and subscriptions in detail (line items) by customer. It would be ideal to include the custom fields created for subscriptions and invoices in the export file as well.

  16. Campaign / Channel

    I would love to have a field or fields for marketing channels or campaigns. Have a field in the API that you can pass it into and then be able to report on my customers who came from a certain channel or campaign.

    This would work nicely in Zoho as opposed to Google Analytics, because we could report on the Lifetime Value of certain channels and optimize our business based on it.

  18. Date wise Net Revenue Report

    Zoho Subscriptions > Report > Net Revenue Report > Customized Report> Have two fields

    From date & To date.

    However, Above two fields accepts only months, not specific date of month

    It will be great if Zoho has customized report & filter for below permutations/combinations

    Net Revenue by
    1) Customized date range
    2) Products/Plans
    3) Payment Mode (which payment method is PayPal, Bank transfer, UPI, Credit card, debit card)

    Reason why above?

    For daily tallying and usuallly Payment gteway settles payment in T+2-3 days.

    Business can focus/push/grow more on well performing plans, or tweak under performing plans.

  19. paid revenue for a particular plan

    Actual paid revenue report plan & date wise performance is good to have.

    Pricing is very sensitive subject and which plan is performing well is always a good insight for subscription business.

    When i export the customer it would be nice to add the suscription plans and active or inactive, the problem is that we have for 4 magazines.
