    Zoho UK, the standard template and Company setup info does not conform to the Companies Act Requirements, editing the template to include this info produces a bit of a 'kludge'

  2. Timer to record seconds

    Although seconds are counted in the timer, they are not recorded on the timesheet, and the time recorded is by default rounded down to the nearest minute, which loses a lot of time in the final invoice. I don't want to round up and overcharge my clients. Please can the seconds timed be recorded on the timesheet?

  3. Two factor authentication - please support the Authy app

    Zoho needs to support more than Google Authenticator and their own authenticator app for secure login. Please add support for Authy.

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    Zoho Invoice doesn’t have the option to create purchase orders but you can do that with Zoho Books.

    Using Zoho Books, you can manage your sales as well as purchase transactions easily. If you already have a Zoho Invoice account, you can easily move it to Zoho Books using the steps here:

  5. Add "project" title info to email headline

    While sending emails: auto-templating and populating

    The (send) email and header of the .pdf is simply an estimate number when auto-populated.

    I would like to see the Project Title associated with the Number

    I.E.

    E-1234 vs (Project Name) "Exterior Painting" - E1234 from ECSW

  6. Add Vietnamese

    CRM & People have Vietnamese language option; Invoice does not.
    Format so Vietnamese labels do not overlap

  7. Recall start time

    When logging time, it would be useful if the timer recalled the start time. I sometimes forget to stop the timer and will come back the next day to find it ticking away. I usually remember when I stopped working so I could just input the stop time. As it is currently, I have to guess a total time since the system does not retain the start time.

  8. Start timer for a previous days task without having to log the same task because its a new day

    It would be very handy if I could just start a timesheet from the day before without needing to log the same task over and over again every day I need to use the same timesheet

  9. Fonts

    I would like to have the ability to underline or bold or change the colour of the text on an invoice or estimate. I'm not talking about editing a template but actually underline or bold parts of an invoice that are important and should be read as such. Currently the only thing you can do to draw any attention to some important details or put any emphasis on is to CAPS all the text.

  10. Coupon Codes/Tips Field

    It would be nice if my recurring clients could have the option to enter a coupon code or tip amount into their estimates/invoices which could change the total amount due. This feature would be a great way for many service based businesses to offer perks to loyal clients.

    My clients currently fill out an request quote form on my website (not zoo forms because its very limiting) which allows a coupon code but I have to enter it manually into zoho invoice. This also means that my recurring clients have to re-submit the form each time they want to use…

  11. Font & Format

    There needs to be a format and font feature like a word doc when creating new estimates and invoices. This is in the template feature but it needs to be dynamic and available for each individual invoice or estimate. Example, on my last invoice I wanted to highlight that the clients last invoice was over due but I have no way of highlighting it or bolding, underlining anything. Lame.

  12. Please supports Traditional Chinese characters for PDF font for Payment Receipts.

    Currently, some traditional chinese characters are skipped. They can appear in the apps but when we want to print it or download in pdf, they are not showing. e.g. "邨" This word is very common in address but we can not print it out.

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    The PDF font plays a vital role in rendering the characters on the invoice PDF.
    Can you please try changing the PDF font to “AR PL New Sung” (as it supports Chinese characters) and check if the PDF shows up perfectly?

  13. Add support for schema email markup

    Would love to see support for email markup via schema.org. Adding this gives an enhanced customer experience as Gmail displays actionable buttons inline in your inbox. In the instance of Zoho Invoice, these would ideally be Go-To actions.

    Adding a small button in the inbox next to the subject with the text 'View Invoice' which would take you directly to the invoice url without having to enter the email.

  14. Page number format "should" be in this format # of # e.g. (1 of 2 - 2 of 2)

    Dears,
    to protect businesses the number of pages should be not as it is already like. 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 ....
    it should be 1 of 2 - 2 of 2
    where the estimate of invoice shows the actual number of pages for the estimates and invoices.

  15. Customer Statement Customization

    Please, please enable customization of customer statement fields. I don't know why everything else is customizable except this extremely important document. You have clients all over the world, don't get why there's no option to customize it to your own language.

    Hi,

    The wait is over! Yes, Zoho Invoice now lets you customize your customer statement and make it appear personalized.

    You can choose a background color and theme, insert your company logo, add header and footer content and whatnot!

    To check this out, switch to Settings > Templates, where you would be able to find “Customer Statement” option in the second left pane.

    The Standard template available under this section can be customized and saved so that all future customer statements would be sent using those preferences.

  16. Track commissions

    I would like to know how I can track commissions for my sales reps.

    For example:

    A customer orders $1000 from Sales Rep A at 10% commission rate. We invoice the customer. 30days later the Customer pays their bill, we pull up a report Sales Rep commissions revenue based. So the report shows us 100 commission payable.

  17. Total Hours to appear in Timesheet view

    Total Hours to appear in Timesheet view. Total is shown of the current view (ie. Changes when "View By" is changed). Would like this to appear on the Iphone and Android apps as well so that users can easily see how much time has been entered for a given day, if multiple jobs have been entered

  20. clients to be rewarded for making appointments

    I would love a credit system, whereas clients get a point, or points for every appoinment made, to which businesses can turn into a credit. This will help me reward those who go out of there way and help my business run smoothly.
