Total Hours to appear in Timesheet view
Total Hours to appear in Timesheet view. Total is shown of the current view (ie. Changes when "View By" is changed). Would like this to appear on the Iphone and Android apps as well so that users can easily see how much time has been entered for a given day, if multiple jobs have been entered

Very disappointing that the total hours is displayed on the Timesheet Overview and Reports > Timesheet Details, but is not included on the Timesheet > Timesheet screen, which I leave open all week for entering my time. Every Friday I have to grab a calculator to add up my hours to make sure I don't go over my billable limit. It would be so easy to display the total for the selected view and so helpful to users. Why this hasn't been added in nearly 6 years is worrisome.

This would save users from having to add up their hours each day. Good for our maths. Bad UI design.

So 5 years later and this is still not a feature? Please, on all versions of the app, allow us to see a total # of hours for the time period selected in the All Timesheets view!!!

This feature is very much needed.
I am referring to both the "All Timesheets" page ("Timesheet" > "All Timesheet") and/or the project timesheets ("Timesheet" > Select Project > "Timesheet").
I often have clients who have a cap on how many hours I'm supposed to log for them each week/day without pre-approval to go over. I should be able to see how many hours I've logged this week or today (or whatever the selected time period is) while I am logging hours. I don't want to have to keep bouncing between the reports page and timesheet page to check the hours.
This is an extremely simply (and obvious) change, I don't see why it's not done already when this thread is years old. Can someone from Zoho please comment on this thread?

That is my request; I don't see a total at the bottom on the desktop version.
Do you really see a total there?

Thanks for the reply. I'm referring to the Time Tracking > Time Entries page on the mobile application. It would be nice to either group by day, or have a total hours per day field show. Currently they appear to sort in the order that they were created, which isn't too helpful.

Specifically, I think you are talking about the following URL (Timesheet -> All Timesheet):
