Add Electronic data interchange (EDI) software functionality
It would be great if Zoho CRM or Books would allow for integrations with EDI software. We are going to move to Zoho books, but that now means we have to manually process orders from our largest customer, who submits and receives all orders via EDI.

Integrarte CRM & Books/Invoices at Quote/SO level rather than potential
Current,y Opportunities are synced to create invoice/estimate through Trigger. However, there is no point as there is no detail on it - so I suggest you do it at Quote and/or Sales Order level. This keeps sales out of books or won't require them to start quoting through books/invoices.

Bank Reconciliation Report once the account is reconciled to show uncleared deposits and expenses so that balance can be matched to balance sheet for the corresponding date.

Add Closing Stock Option, So that in year end accounting profit and loss calculated according to that
if we can add "closing stock value" at the year end that it will be more beneficial to Indian Accounting
we can see our actual profit with this feature

Make pre-existing fields Mandatory
There needs to be a way to make pre-existing fields mandatory. Zoho has provided this option for custom fields, but still needs to provide the option to make pre-existing non-custom fields mandatory as well.

Please integrate Virtual Card Services
Please integrate Virtual Card Services - www.vcs.co.za with Zoho Books as our clients using the portal are unable to pay us with credit cards and we cant use this to pay this invoice online now with the online payment options. We cant use Braintree , 2Checkout as when ZAR is converted to USD then back to ZAR; when they pay us then we loose a lot with the Forex conversion. Also Paypal doesnt support ZAR.

include a VAT return report for non UK based business (i.e Ireland)
VAT reporting is slightly different in Ireland from the Uk, so I wonder is it possible to produce an Irish VAT report to cover Bi monthly vat returns. if not could you at least produce a total vat value report for sales and purchases separately. FYI a full VAT report included reverse charges for inter EU purchases.

Category should be Opening balance Under Customer/Vendor

Customer can choose which items on estimate they want done.
Make a Check box next to each line item name or near the dollar amount so clients can "choose" which services they want done. especially for construction there can be alot of separate items that are quoted. Then make the total reflect the items they selected. easy. thanks.
