  1. Allow multiple currencies per client

    Why do we need to set up a different client, should our client request to pay different invoices in different currencies?

  2. Custumer makes orders from his Client Portal

    Will be fine to give the ability to customer to make his orders directly from his client portal and get it uptaed in notification and in SALES ORDERS in ZB .

  3. Please integrate Virtual Card Services

    Please integrate Virtual Card Services - www.vcs.co.za with Zoho Books as our clients using the portal are unable to pay us with credit cards and we cant use this to pay this invoice online now with the online payment options. We cant use Braintree , 2Checkout as when ZAR is converted to USD then back to ZAR; when they pay us then we loose a lot with the Forex conversion. Also Paypal doesnt support ZAR.

  4. Create ability to set tax at vendor level so purchase orders template can be assigned with correct default tax.

    Our situation: Purchases from vendors in our country are taxed at one rate, while other countries are taxed at a different rate. It's too easy to create a purchase order with the incorrect tax rate on it, and it's extra work to have to select it for each item, when the whole purchase is taxed as the same rate.

    Idea: 1. In Contacts / Other Details, add field for Default Tax Rate (dropdown of Taxes from Settings/Taxes); 2. In Purchase Order template, pre-populate tax field with the Default Tax Field (from item 1).

  5. Organization Address Format unique to each template type

    I'll explain scenario first, so you can understand the request.
    We are headquartered in Location A (e.g. Wyoming Corp)
    But we operate primarily from Location B (e.g. California).

    When generating PDF/Emails of Sales type statements (e.g Estimates, Sales Orders Invoices), we want to display Address A.

    When generating PDF/Emails of Expense type statements (e. purchase orders, Bills, checks, etc) we want to display Address B

    the PROBLEM is that when we setup a "Organization Address Format" for example within Sales Orders, it forces this format on all other types of Templates (Invoices, Purchase Orders, etc.). It seems the Zoho Books…

    Hi there.

    We have a workaround for your current scenario. We would suggest you to add the organisation address details in the attention content of the template. You can uncheck the organisation address option.

    This way you can customise it for each of your templates separately.

  6. Refresh all feeds with single button from bank over view screen

    Have one button that refreshes all bank feeds at one time instead of having to go into each account and refresh individually.

  7. Correct handling of sales TAX for US customers

    In the USA, (California for sure), we are required to calculate and report all sales tax collected and paid. As a vendor with a resale license, I can choose to pay tax at purchase, or defer and not pay tax at purchase if the item is to be re-sold. When I sell a product, I am required by law to collect sales and use tax for the jurisdiction in which the item is sold/used.

  8. Request for multi currency feature in ZohoBooks

    Dear Zoho Books,
    We would like to request to have multi currency feature in ZohoBooks. We are facing difficulties for not having this feature. We are doing international trading and very difficult to convert everytime as our purchase price currency and selling price currency is different. It will be very nice and convenient for international sales if we can have multi currency feature in zoho books. Please kindly consider this request.

  9. Stock/Inventory Value in hand at the Dashboard

    The first items at the Dashboard are Receivables and Payables, it gives a good overview of the business currently, but for a products dealing company like ours, it is incomplete without the stock value in hand.

  10. Projects that can have multiple customers or contacts linked to it

    Similar to profit report by project, but I would also like the option to have a project that might have many customers beneath it.

  11. Option to add a web link to an item

    It would be great feature to have the option of adding a web link when creating any item. Since most invoicing has now become web based with very little printing, it would be useful to allow the customer to click on the item name and then be directed to any web page. This web page could be anything, you tube video of how to use the product, google drive folder with all brochures, MSD Sheets, warranties etc or even just single pdf brochures.

    I am sure customers will love such interactive invoices in a world where everyone just hates the…

  12. Plural form for item units

    It would be very helpful to save an item unit with its singular and plural form.
    For example:
    Item unit is "piece":

    If we quote for 1 piece, invoice/estimate shows "1 piece".
    If we quote for 2 and more pieces, invoice/estimate shows "2 piece".

    It should change automatically to the saved plural form and mention " 2 pieces". Looks more professionell to clients.

  13. when I enable the portal for a contact, the possibility to restrict the view to one or more specific projects and not for all items

    As subcontractor, it would be great to allow one or more contacts to see specific project and not all stuffs in the portal. For example we often have projects which involve 2 differents companies and several departments and it would be important to authorise more contacts to have access to specific projects and not to all items.

  14. Option to hide invoice from customer portal

    There should be a selection button on each invoice, that you can check the box if you want the invoice to be shown in customer portal. If not checked, it means the invoice will stay hidden until you select to check it.

  16. Migrate including attachments to Zoho Books UK Edition

    Enable the migration to the UK Edition of Zoho Books including Attachments, currently if I want to migrate I will lose all the receipts attached to the expenses.

    I do want to migrate to the UK Edition, however I do not have the time or patience to manually export every receipt and re-attach to every expense, it's the one barrier to migrating.

    I wouldn't even mind if there was a seamless migration charge.

  17. Choose which projects can be seen in the portal.

    Ticking the show projects in the portal will display all projects held for the client. I only want to share time billing projects not fixed cost projects.
