  1. Extend Availablity of html Template Editor

    Currently the useful (but hidden) html editor for templates can only be used for Estimates and Invoices. I need to be able to create additional templates for Credit Notes and Proforma Invoices (based on a Sales Order).

    This is an urgent requirement for me.

  2. Full DKIM Support

    My company requires DMARC Records but due to Books not having full dkim support like your Zoho Mail and Zoho Campaigns do the DMARC will fail any emails coming from zoho books.

  4. Currency symbols for all prices

    At the moment, in templates a currency symbol only appears in the total amount/sum. It would be helpful to have currency symbols for ALL prices like item prices, taxes and discounts (if given as amount and not as percentage) and subtotals as well.

  5. Custom template "simple" cannot able to adjust line height table so it effecting invoice creating more page when we add 3, 4 items

    Currently the height of rows in invoices is fixed and can not be changed and this might leave a lot of white space in the invoice,
    I suggest that height of rows should be made flexible and the user should have the ability to put max and min values

  6. Add a check box on estimates/invoices for acceptance of terms and conditions

    We have policies about refunds, exchange and returns and we would like to have the ability to add a check box (or the like) to an estimate/sales order/invoice to require the customer to acknowledge that they have read and accept those terms and conditions of purchase

  7. Increase HTML characters in E-mail template

    Currently HTML characters in E-mail templates is supporting up to 5K characters which is low if you want to design a HTML e-mail template contains logo, icons & text the average of HTML characters are 30K and zohobooks only support 5K.

  8. add a placeholder of the current date to include in email templates

    I want to inform my costumer that we have checked our bank untill today and have not received the outstanding amount yet. Currently we copy the current date in every mail, would be much easier if it was included as a placeholder.

  10. Provide placeholder for credit card last for digits within payment receipts and on receipt templates.

    For the receipts sent to customers, please add "last 4 digits of card" as an available field to display in the receipt template, nor in the email template.

    Some customers have multiple cards on file and there is currently no way to convey which card was charged for a specific transaction. It is not available in the customer facing portal either.

  12. Logo placement in templates

    Though is set the category to email templates. This is actually for PDF templates and templates in general.

    WHe i was styling the template i noticed that when you add a logo without any white margin all the text below get cramped to the bottom of the logo.

    Im a graphic designer so i know some tricks to solve this. I also adjusted the email templates so it loads a logo cross domain.

    BUt the gross of the users of ZOho probably dont know how to adjust there own logo so it looks nice on the template. Though we can…

    in email templates should be good to be able to put a freetext address (not a contact) in the cc or bcc field

  17. make a placeholder for the email recipients first name and last name.

    Larger corporations have multiple contacts where estimates, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices etc need to be sent. It would be great to use the email recipients first name and/or last name as a placeholder within the email template. Using the primary contacts names is not adequate and requires too much babysitting.

  18. Documents Alignment - RTL

    Hi,

    We are trying to use this great app here in israel and i like the general the idea of a prebuilt templates.

    Still, It is crucial to have an option to set the whole document to the RTL direction instead of LTR.

    Is it something that is in the plan for the near-feature?

  20. Allow %Balance% (Total Customer Balance) in Invoice Emails

    It would be immensely helpful if the %Balance% tag from the Statement email template would work on the Invoice email template. I want to show my clients their total balance due, along WITH their current invoice amount.
