    My organisation and any business organisation for that matter has to write letters/applications to various stakeholders regarding different subjects. Just like we can raise a purchase/sale order having unique autogenerated ref no. with in Zoho books it is imperative that in the same way option for writing letters is also provided. It would be easy to send it to various stakeholders from the same platform.

  3. Add PR (Puerto Rico) as a State

    PR (Puerto Rico), should be on the states list. Right now is considered an independent country and that creates a conflict on the USPS, UPS, DHL and Fedex shipping labels.

  7. Can we have an option for mulitple organizations in one Zoho Books Instance?

    Multiple Organizations under one instance will greatly help in Interco Transactions, Consolidation and will be great for companies like us that love Zoho Books but find managing multiple subscriptions and switching between organisations constantly quite cumbersome.

  10. Stop removing spaces from file names

    Please provide an option to not delete the spaces from pdf copies of invoices sent to clients. All modern OSs support spaces in file names, and it makes it harder do find files when the file name is one long string.

  20. Add a flag/check box/book mark to transactions so that one can come back at a later stage to examine them

    At times I will find a transaction that needs me to follow up on at a later stage. In order to be able to find this specific transaction quickly it would be great to be able to flag this. At the moment I cant seem to find a way to do this.
