  1. Revenue Recognition on Contracts

    Since the software allows for annual recurring of invoices, it makes sense to have the revenue recognition feature available so that the invoice can be recognized into income of its life.

  2. be able to choose for an item to go into liability instead of sale or expense.

    We have to collect gratituity tips from customers and pay them out to workers but that money should be going into liability account not as income and i have to manually move it through journal entries and it's a pain. Most accounting programs let you add an item straight into liability.

    I really need to project how revenue I have in recurring active invoices. This will help me get a projection of how much I'll collect from recurring billing.

  7. Migrate including attachments to Zoho Books UK Edition

    Enable the migration to the UK Edition of Zoho Books including Attachments, currently if I want to migrate I will lose all the receipts attached to the expenses.

    I do want to migrate to the UK Edition, however I do not have the time or patience to manually export every receipt and re-attach to every expense, it's the one barrier to migrating.

    I wouldn't even mind if there was a seamless migration charge.

  8. Asset register

    Need an asset register to hold all assets that can be depreciated and accommodate depreciation calculation as well. This would Zoho Books on a par with the more well know competitors.

  14. Create a Bill for each Resource during Timesheet Invoice creation

    The ability to assign a Cost per Task, or Resource. Task currently track rate per hour, but not cost per hour.

    During the "Create Invoice" from Timesheet process create a Bill and associate it to the respective Client and Project.

    The Bill could in the future, be "Wired", "Check Created" etc. and reconciled to the respective project.

  17. Email packing list to warehouse

    It would be helpful to be able to email a packing list (invoice) to the warehouse. We have two different warehouses, so we would want to choose which warehouse to email. We do not want the packing list sent to the customer, just the warehouse.

  19. Allow for PayPal Payments Pro to integrate with certificate, not solely by signature.

    My shopping cart system requires that my API is linked via Certificate with PayPal Payments Pro rather than a signature. Because of this, and since PayPal only allows 1 option for API access I am unable to integrate with ZOHO as it requires the signature option. I am sure that other people are in the same position as me, I think offering the option of either or is a a great thing to integrate so that users in my position can better utilize the amazing zoho books system.

  20. Show timer in lock screen

    It would be great if once you run the timer in the app, that it shows the timer while in Lock screen on the iPhone. At the moment, you forget if the timer is on or off. need some sort of way to see this quickly or access it while in lock screen.
