Currently looking at using a custom module in CRM to be able to log assets against building sites (Deals) but the CRM doesn't let you pull in POs / Bills in the finance section, which would greatly help this issue and a few other. Because we need to know what expenses are against both assets and deals.

For those looking for a FA register software, Clearly Zoho does not appear to be interested, for reasons they know best.

I am using one called Asset Tiger. It is free for those who have less than 250 assets and very reasonably priced for those with higher numbers. It is also cloud based and very functional. Try it at https://www.myassettag.com/

When is Zoho Books going to add an Asset Depreciation Management feature? This is an important and basic feature for all accounting systems. Must work on this.

It an application that records the Asset purchase, depreciation, sale, and profit or loss on sale and is integrated into your Zoho Books. (The application post the depreciation values and all other transaction to your Zoho Books.)
