  1. Permission for Some Accounts Access to Staffs Or User for Expense

    Now Zoho Books Sytem. if administrator allow Create Expense or View Expense. all user see all expenses of company.
    But Give User Right to create expense but not see company all expenses.

  2. How can I see my future cash flow (recurring invoices) by month ?

    I am a subscription business and want to plan my year ahead based on expected income. What I need from my books is a Future Cash Flow (Sales) report based on my recurring invoices. I need to see expected income by month based on these recurring subscriptions.AT present there is lots of historic reporting but little in the way of future projections.

  5. recurring invoice

    Be able to specify a custom invoice notification email for Recurring Invoices. This is currently possible when sending a regular invoice.

  6. Print a Contact

    We are a gun club and like to verify members each month. You should have a way to a simply do a quick print of the customer (name, address, phone, etc) that can print during check in of the client, so they can quickly verify all their information is correct, like may dr's offices do. I would really like to see this feature soon. Thanks!!

  7. Flagging PO's, invoices and estiamtes

    A way to highlight problem PO's that may need a claim filed with the vendor, invoices with issues or estimates that can not be modified. A simple red flag or star that can be seen when looking at the lists or individual PO, invoice or estimate.

  8. mileage

    I would like to be able to track and report mileage for TAX purposes. I do not bill customers for mileage, but linking invoice #'s to mileage and being able to produce an annual report would keep me from using 2 programs.

  10. expenses

    In the dropdown list to filter expenses, we have Reimbursed expenses. It would be great to also see Not reimbursed expenses which is often requested to identify what is left.

    if the invoice was set up before the project, there doesn't seem to be a way to connect the two.

  12. Recurring invoices that includes unbilled time entries

    As a services business we automatically invoice many of our clients monthly for services and need to track the time of our consultants against these monthly services. We have recurring invoices set up, and we have projects and timesheets set up, but there doesn't seem to be a way to connect them. I don't want to manually create an invoice from each project each month yet there doesn't seem to be an option to create a recurring invoice from a project.

  13. Know Trial Period left and change profile pic

    There is no Way to know how many days of trial is left for me.
    Plus I can't figure out how to setup my picture in the user profile.

  15. Customize Dashboard...

    It would be Great if we could remove or rearrange blocks. I would prefer to move the CashFlow chart down below a couple other rows or possibly turn it off.

    It would be nice if Zoho Book's API had a developer sandbox that was available with paid accounts so that a developer can work, test, and experiment with solutions without polluting their "real" books with test data.

  18. Bring back the ability to indicate tax deductions in invoice payments

    This functionality was available in the US edition until a couple of months ago, but it disappeared without notice or a workaround. On April 29 I was promised it would be reinstated but it hasn't been yet.

  20. While making an invoice, if a discount percentage is entered, it should show as an amount on the printed pdf.

    At the time of making an invoice, it gives us an option to give discount as a percentage or an amount. I need to give the discount as a percentage but need to show it as an amount on the pdf. So, even though I select percentage and enter a percentage at the time of creating an invoice, it should calculate the discount as an amount and show it on the pdf as an amount and not as a percentage.
