While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  4. Expenses Roundoff

    There should be an option of round off in expenses because most of the vendor or supplier issue us the round off total bill. Due to this we are unable to match the transaction with bank record in Zoho books.

  5. Generate report that shows invoice date, number, item number for each part invoiced

    Ability to generate a report of invoices generated that includes all of the data found on the invoice. i.e. item name, quantity, total, customer name etc.

  6. Please allow other file extensions to be attached to purchase orders.

    When attaching files to purchase order please allow for different file type. My specific file extension is EMB and is not allowed. This is a make or break for me as Zoho is the only accounting app that I have found that allows you to attached files to purchase orders.

  7. users having access to a particular Reporting Tag

    giving an example:

    Different Reporting Tags created as below:
    tag1
    tag2

    user1 will have access to tag1 only, he can create, edit, generate report wrt transactions under tag1 only
    likewise, user2 will have access to tag2 only, he can create, edit, generate report related to transactions under tag2 only

    recording facility to record quotation from vendor like bills

  12. Enable mortgage loans against property

    This is a sorely missing feature. The software should enable the entry of loan principal, interest rate and term and enable the reduction of the loan and the interest expense to be easily recorded. Keeping two separate accounts for principal and interest and having to enter two transactions per month is cumbersome.

  13. When Saving Invoices/Estimates: Please add option to "Save and Mark as Sent".

    Several of my Customers use their own platforms for invoices and proposals. I always need to create my own invoice/estimate in Zoho. It would be great to skip the extra steps to Mark as Sent.

  14. detach user login with account owner, so as to be 1 email can have multiple zoho books/companies

    having 1-on-1 linked between userlogin and account of the zohobooks or any module is BAD ideas, single user access login means ONE person

  15. Would like to add Google Map Pin in the Billing and shipping bill

    We are a Turnkey Projects Company, so face real time issues of goods reaching the address late due to unknown territory when delivered by New People. So Our idea is that we should be able to send a Google Maps 📍 loaction in Shipping & Billing address

  16. The ability of tracking payments to employees without making them a vendor is must be added.

    LIKE ADDING CUSTOMER AND VENDOR..........FEATURE TO ADD CONTACT AS AN EMPLOYEE SHOULD BE GIVEN ,SO THAT ONE CAN DO PAYROLL MANUALLY.........TREAT EMPLOYEE AS VENDOR IS VERY CONFUSING.

  17. Multiple due dates

    I'm an event planner who book events years in advance. With that said we don't require the full balance upfront. Our clients pay a 25% retainer immediately, with 25% due 90 days before the event and the final 50% Day 30 days before the event. It would be great to have the option for an invoice to have multiple due dates.

  18. german using english templates -> show still german item names

    We are a german company and use for sure german Items in Inventory. But we also have international customers and have a english templates for this customers. But the Item names are still in german because you can not translate it automatically. Please integrate a function to show other language Item names. Maybe you can take more field of the Inventory for other names ot items and connect it to invoice too.

  19. Zoho form and Zoho books connection

    Separate employee add data to zoho form and then from it will go to zoho books. this is to maintain privacy. Zoho expenses also not giving this conneciton with privacy.

  20. Allow default accounting method
