Improve Square integration to sync inventory
The current Square integration is limited only to payments and invoices. It would really be nice if there was a bi-directional inventory sync as well. When a customer makes a purchase in Square, the inventory in Zoho Books should be reduced. Similarly, when the inventory in Zoho Books is reduced by some other mechanism, the new inventory count should be pushed to Square. This allows businesses to not oversell product that may be sold in other sales channels.

Add multiple Desk tickets to the same Invoice
In Desk, you can create an invoice from a ticket.
Would like the ability to "add" a ticket to an already existing invoice.
Example: If we do 3 Help Desk tickets for a customer in the month, from within the first ticket, we could click "+ Invoice" to create the invoice and save it. Then for the 2nd and 3rd ticket, we could click "+ Add to Invoice" and it would let us choose the Invoice to add it.
This way the customer gets 1 bill at the end of the month with the 3 tickets combined on it.

Make Zoho Books compatible with Belgian accountancy regulations
Now we need to invest in an integration/interface between an accountance software and zoho books. We would love to use only zoho books for our accountancy here in Belgium. I heard that we are in 4th place in Europe to use zoho, so it would be a quick win for zoho to develop it.

Add a toggle switch on the dashboard to hide sensitive information when necessary.
A nice feature would be to be able to quickly blur the dashboard to hide sensitive information when someone enters the office.

Forte clearing account like Stripe
When automatic invoices clear through Stripe, there is a cleaning account that shows every transaction and the fee associated with each transaction.
With Forte, you get one lump sum deposit of all the payments received that day. So in order to reconcile that transaction, you have to go through and figure out what got paid from the notifications you receive to try to match it to the day.
That is very time consuming and as we get more and more transactions going through, this is becoming more of a problem.

Allow more than one Subscription/Books company to sync with CRM.
We have more than one company we use for billing our customers because we offer more than one type of service.
Example:
1. We do marketing and advertising for customers for our classified ads website and
2. Build websites for people. Which are two completely different companies for us but sometimes they overlap.
Meaning they do Advertsing/Marketing AND Website building/SEO, etc.
So it would make it easier if in the CRM it showed ALL of what the client has subscriptions for. I hope this makes sense! :)3 votes -

Integrate with Zenefits Payroll
Zenefits is an amazing platform that we currently use for hiring/terminations/payroll and vacation. If Zoho Books integrated with Zenefits Payroll we could avoid manual entry of pay runs processed using Zenefits Payroll. Existing integrations are present for Quickbooks Online and Xero.

Provide an improved workflow for CRM -> Project -> Finance
It would be great if I could adopt a workflow which would allow the following:
- In CRM: Create Estimate & Manage Workflow. Estimate costs by creating a draft project, and include this as part of WBS / SOW. Books gets a copy of both the sales & project documents.
- Create Sales Order: Negotiate / Fine tune parameters, update project, attach to sales order for WBS purposes. Workflow managed in CRM, Books gets the updated project plan and sales order details.
- Invoice: Send invoice from either CRM or Books. Project moves to approved status, portal is provisioned for…1 vote -

Partial Invoice for Zoho Projects
When creating an Invoice for Zoho Projects, it forces a project bill for the entire project. This does not allow us to properly use this feature for large projects that have several stages over an extended period.
For example, project is a multi-stage construction project over 8 months. Per standard terms, we complete 50% of our work, and bill 50% after 3 months. We are forced to create 2 separate projects as the integration stands right now for billing purposes. However, both projects are titled the same.7 votes -
integrate calendar with timesheets
As a consultant/service provider I'd like to auto populate Timesheets with my calendar items. This will save me the weekly grudge of manually inputting the data that is already available in the tool that I use anyway (Calendar) to manage my time and meetings.

Zoho docs integration to allow customers to upload files
I have the need to share (send & receive documents) beyond just an estimate/invoice through the client portal. If it just had a link for the customer to access a shared read/read-write folder that would work too. But it would have to have the ability to create a folder and set permissions from the backend. This is so I can use one place to communicate documents with the customer related to their account, it would be preferred over having to also send them a docs folder invite separately.

Allow Users with international Accounts to Connect to Square POS
Square is Intregration is only available only for Zoho book accounts in the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom and Australia editions of Zoho Books. I really need to connect to Square but cant due to these restrictions. Please Help

Email Integration for Contact Persons at a company. Not only for 1 Company email address.
Email integration is available only for "Customer" email address not for people who work at the customer, "contact persons". This renders this feature useless as we deal with multiple email contacts at our customers and vendors. Please cater for the "Contact Persons" email address's instead of only at "Contact Level".
