While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. Better integration of product information between crm and books

    When I create a product in Zoho CRM and put a cost in the unit price field when the product info syncs to zoho books my cost from zoho crm becomes the sales rate instead of the purchase rate and the purchase rate is blank- this should sync to the purchase rate.

    Can we have a feature to syncronize price lists automatically? right now my understanding is that you have to export and import manually

    Also, when I mark a product as inactive in Zoho CRM I have to also manually mark it as inactive in Zoho- would like to…

  2. add shipping for ups / fedex / usps

    1) sales orders from zoho crm flow to zoho books.

    2) order details flow (address and item info) from zoho crm or zoho books to web based shipping software like shipping easy or ship station

    3) freight and tracking #'s come back from shipping software to sales order in crm or books.

    All major accounting systems (quickbooks, zero, myob) provide this functionality out of the box. We love using zoho crm (20 users), but cannot use zoho books until this basic functionality is available.

  3. Alipay through Stripe Zoho Integration

    Accepting Online Payments from Chinese Customers is often a pain or impossible without a foot in China because credit cards aren't very popular in China and e-payments are centered around cash and debit: http://www.buybuychina.com/plastic-surge-why-chinese-consumers-dont-use-their-credit-cards/

    Stripe announced its integration with Alipay (Chinese Paypal kind of) to help getting paid by Chinese customers online. https://stripe.com/alipay

    Since Zoho already integrates so well with stripe payment gateway, it would be a dream to get Alipay as a payment option directly on the sent invoice through Stripe-Zoho integration.

  4. Allow for PayPal Payments Pro to integrate with certificate, not solely by signature.

    My shopping cart system requires that my API is linked via Certificate with PayPal Payments Pro rather than a signature. Because of this, and since PayPal only allows 1 option for API access I am unable to integrate with ZOHO as it requires the signature option. I am sure that other people are in the same position as me, I think offering the option of either or is a a great thing to integrate so that users in my position can better utilize the amazing zoho books system.
