  2. Credit Limit - Bureau Account Integrations

    Now that the Customer Client Limits feature is available our workflows need a way for our Accounting team to make credit limit decisions. Other platforms integrate with credit bureau accounts to run credit reports. Even just one bureau would help streamline things and remove a double entry of data. Simplifies business processes and reduces the manual entry. Similar to the Checkr integration in Zoho Recruit it would be a function you can run inside Zoho Books that would then tie the report to the customer account. The data from the report could then be used to make a credit limit…

  3. Triplog Integration

    I use Triplog to track my business vehicle use via the GPS phone app. It works well, and currently has its own integrations with Quickbooks, Concur & Freshbooks. An integration with Zoho would be handy, mostly as a way of avoiding double entry on vehicle related expenses, etc. Alternatively, you busy little coders could figure out a way of having your OWN gps vehicle logging app for business. I'd switch instantly! :)

  4. Log start/end time on tasks when logged through timer in Chrome extension or desktop apps (mac/pc)

    When logging time by using the timer in extensions/apps, the start/end time does not log to time tracking reports. It would be helpful to be able to see what time of day things are worked on without having to enter the start/end time manually in the browser.

  5. Give option of printing Ewaybill directly from Zoho Books

    Integrate GST portal with Zoho books so that the ewaybill can printed directly from zoho books. Currently the ewaybill number should be copied from zoho books and the paste in print ewaybill option on ewaybill portal.

    Complete Opencart Zoho Integration -

    Right now we don't have OpenCart integration available, we need to use Zoho API's and implement integrations.

    I have seen an OpenCart extension in OpenCart store for integrating Zoho Apps with OPenCart.

    This looks good reviews and developer is responding good. It would be great if the integration comes from Zoho, then it will be more authentic. Another thing is it is 159$, little expensive for a startup like us. I now I started using Zoho Books which I paid around 36$ but for integrating only Zoho Books with OpenCart the extension costs 59$…

  8. Yubikey for MultiFactor Authentication

    Please make an integration to use Yubikey for MultiFactor authentication. Yubikey is one of the prime contributors on earth (in the protocol working groups with Microsoft, Google etc.) for writing multifactor authentication protocols.   11. Ability to Choose an Accounts Payable Person who is different thant the main contact in CRM

    Currently in Books all invoices go to the main contact in the account. That person may not be the right person for invoices to go to. We need the ability to choose another person in that company as the default Accounts Payable person. Currently this is a manual process and we have to remember to check the correct AP person for any accounts that have people in different roles. Please consider this seriously as it is something that should be automatable to prevent user errors...

  13. Role based restrictions for client portal

    The ability to apply a role to an indvidual or a group of individuals so that restrictions can be placed in the client portal. Accounts only sees Invoices. Estimates can only be viewed by sales etc.

  19. Enable batch numbers in Zapier integrations

    We cannot currently use Zapier to bring in sales invoices from our online store (Bigcommerce), because Zoho Books does not provide a line to enter a batch number, but rejects the incoming invoice because it lacks a batch number!

  20. Create Integromat module for Zoho Books

    Integromat is quickly gaining market share on the integration platforms market and is now second largest after Zapier. However they claim Zoho Books isn't adhering to oAuth standards which is why they can't create a module for your platform.

    I want to ask the Zoho Books team to give all the support Integromat needs to create the module, so we can integrate Books with our other systems through their platform
