    We have a team that does accounting and inventory management, who for now, has to chat / communicate outside of zoho books.

    A chat platform is very productive for an accounting team

  3. Email Integration for Contact Persons at a company. Not only for 1 Company email address.

    Email integration is available only for "Customer" email address not for people who work at the customer, "contact persons". This renders this feature useless as we deal with multiple email contacts at our customers and vendors. Please cater for the "Contact Persons" email address's instead of only at "Contact Level".

  5. Products Created In Zoho Subscription or Zoho books don't Synch

    Products which are created in Zoho books or Zoho inventory cannot be accessed in Zoho Subscription. If I want to sell a product has a subscription and there is a cost to it, there is no means in Zoho Subscription to do this. Only invoices get replicated to Zoho books, but the cost of the product can't be derived. Please add the option to select product in Zoho Subscription from Zoho Inventory.

  7. Cash receipt and Payment

    In real business scenario Cash transactions may happen like a person may collect cash and and repay in later date so payment and receipt entry is difficult to handle .
    2) Loan to a staff
    3) Chitty / Daliy collections for investment will be there

    This type of cash transactions is difficult to handle .

  8. to add Cheque Printing Feature on Zoho

    I am Running Business of thread... having huge amount of transactions weekly...so i need to write cheque manually.....& yes i have buy 1 years plan of zoho book.... there is one Option or Feature i want you to add is Cheque printing Feature.....

    So that will help me as well lots of people to cheque print professionally.....hope you will respond..asap

  10. Allow for multiple currencies with Authorize.net integration

    Currently Authorize.net integration only allows for 1 currency, however we accept two with our account. Both USD and CAD.

    We cant attach both to Zoho Books, as it only allows us to select one. Please allow for either Multiple Currencies or Multiple Integrations with Authorize.net.

  13. Integrate with Etsy

    I'd like Zoho Books to be able to integrate with Etsy. Many e-commerce shops that sell handmade or vintage items sell on Etsy, and it would be very useful to have Etsy integration. Especially as I charge in USD but pay fees in CAD, using Zoho's functionality for multiple currencies would be ideal for Etsy transactions. Having to manually upload a formatted CSV each month adds to my bookkeeping time.

  14. triggers

    A/B or IF/AND/THEN Triggers

    We currently have Books connected through Zapier to Ship Station. The current trigger is set so that when an Invoice in Books is marked as PAID, then the Invoice/Order information is sent via Zapier to Ship Station. But we don't to send every single Invoice/Order to Ship Station...since not every Invoice is for an item(s) that needs to ship out.

    What we want to see is the following for a trigger option:
    IF Invoice is marked as PAID,
    AND Invoice custom field PRODUCT TYPE = PHYSICAL PRODUCT,
    THEN trigger Zapier to send information to Ship Station.

  16. Integration with Tide Current Account

    These guys (https://www.tide.co/) seem to be gaining some traction in the small business current account market. I believe they are currently 'reviewing' integrations. Would be great if Zoho Books gets integrated as I have just opened an account with them and looking to move all my business banking to them shortly, as I have no doubt other small business owners are too.

  18. sales tax to Sales Invoice template on Zapier

    Your integration with Zapier allows creation of most fields for a Sales Invoice, but not the sales tax. Can you add this?

  19. Books to CRM Integration Sync Times

    We would like the ability to have CRM and Books automatically sync in real time without having to click the "Instant Sync" button manually. Right now CRM and Books sync every two hours with the option of manually clicking Instant Sync. Instand Sync should be an option to turn on all the time.

  20. Integration with Indian eCommerce Portal

    Do we have insight when Zoho Books is getting integrated with india eCommerce Portals for e.g.. Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, eBay etc.

    At this point of time when more thn 50% of business is online this feature is must have to automate our Business & Billing and getting these in Zoho will be a blessing for users, Thanks.
