Composite Item or Bundle Item, Kitting
Item buy/sell individually as usual but when multiple item will form a bundle or combinations of multiple items then how do we manage in Zoho Books ? for example I am a shop owner, selling Tea, Biscuits & Snacks. If i want to form a Bundle item namely Tea Combo which will consist of Tea, Biscuit 2 types, sugar & Milk. and that too in a different price as a offer not as in all item price, also that should be refelect in inventory individually.

Editable Item Groups/Assemblies
We would love to be able to create groups of items (or assemblies) that we can actually view and edit while creating an estimate or invoice. Ideally this would include the ability to change the quantity and price for each line item in the group AND be able to hide the line item breakdown from the client.
For example, the client would see "Total Travel Expenses" and a price. While creating the estimate/invoice, we would see and be able to edit the mileage, meals, and lodging line items that comprise the total travel expense assembly/group.

Required Comment Option For Items
There Is an Option Of Commenting On Any Of Transactions. Like Purchase Orders, Bills, Invoice Etc. We Need The Same Of For Items Level. Requesting To Discuss This With The Zoho Developer Team And Get The Feedback.

Adding one Bottom to go the last page of item list and one bottom to the first page .
We have more than 50 pages of 200 each page of items . it is time consuming to move from first page to last page by clicking next each time .

We want attachement option In items for attaching pdf document.
While having any kind of transaction we can able to attach attachments of pdf document. We want this feature on Item level. Currently, there is an only option of attaching images. We want the option of attaching documents. By this, we can able to attach any kind of technical details, drawings to the corresponding item.

from CRM customer portal , it can show products to customer
Do I need to provide 2 portals to the same customer
CRM portal from products, BOOKS portal from the transaction

Delivery note
Combine more than 1 invoice to 1 delivery note because in some occasions, we need to issue separate invoices for client but the stuffs will be delivered in one go.

In Setup, open view of users at active only
Right now in setup you see all users, active and inactive. This is not a preferred view of users in setup, as I see people that I've inactivated years ago. What use is it to see them now? Just clutters the screen. Your software needs to be able to allow us to look at a list of users with a default of active users only. There should also be a filter or checkbox to allow for the list to be or to include the inactive users, but this view should be secondary. This goes for everywhere users are located in…

customer wise part numbers
Need to give customer wise part codes / part numbers. ex Item ABC is billed to multiple customers. each customer will have their own part codes. customer 1 calls it as 'aaa' ; customer 2 as 'bbb' and customer 3 as 'xyz'. when the item is billed to a particular customer, the respective part code is picked up and shown in a particular custom field

Provide option to limit sales persons to only using composite items
Provide an option in user roles to only allow the sales team to view/use composite items.
This way you can use normal items as inventory assets and composite items as finished goods. Zoho inventory will be able to effectively keep track of all types of inventory without having to burden the sales team with a long list of items

Create Customer Groups with the ability to restrict item categories by customer group.
Create the ability to restrict items that can be sold to a Group of customers. Ex. not be able to sell wholesale items to retail customers.
Also, it would be helpful to restrict items by user roles. There are items we don't want some employees to see or be able to accidentally add to sales orders.

Customer wise item name
There should be an option where part code of customer could be printed along with the item name and description. For example, item name QQQ from our company could be billed as KKK to customer X and the same item could be billed as HHH to customer Y.

In Books/Inventory, please make the "Unit" optional.
Not everyone has the need to describe the unit and it only takes up space on the invoice.
