zoho books items linked to vendor portal for instant purchase price and MSRP sync
I would like to see an integration between zoho books items and vendor portal (example, ingram micro). Since prices of hardware and software tend to change from time to time, it would be nice if item prices sync with the vendor. The two main fields would be purchase price and selling price based on item vendor info. We have tested quotewerks that has the ability to sync items with multiple vendors.

Deleting inactive items / items involved in transactions
I have lot of inactive items in inventory and i dont want to keep these data. So it is better to provide provision to delete inactive items with transactions involved. In most accounting softwares during year ending, the items that are inactive can be removed evenif transaction are involved. Even if it cant be deleted, it is better to hide inactive items by default. Right now, while searching all inactive items are popped which is very frustrating. Allow items to have add-on pricing beyond just the rate.
Sometimes a service has a mandatory fee, in addition to the rate per unit. It would be helpful if such fees could be built into the price of an item.

Deletion of Items associated with Zoho Checkout Payment Pages
Please, solve the problem that the payment pages created in Zoho Checkout cannot be deleted just like Items in Zoho Books associated with them.

Purchase Bill entry
I've an issue with Purchase Bill entry.
While adding an Item under the Purchase Bill, Item details tab shows no item (I've already entered the items and created Sales Invoices with them). And then I clicked "Add New Item" and entered the details, while saving that Item details its showing "Item already exist". I cant add item details to the Purchase Bill.
Stuck with this issue. Please help me to fix this.

The ability to add time activity to a client and not have to add a project profile.
When logging in time I am forced to create a project, I think it would be easier to just add a client and make it billable to a project.

Item + subcategory with diferent unit and price
Make an invoce or estimate with Items + subcategories, with diferent type of unit measurents and prices. For example:
6 feet of wood frame (100$ per feet) + 1 service of framing (includes glass, foamboard) that measures in square feet (50$ per squeare feet).

How to add my own HTML invoice template if none of provided template useful after customization?
In current given 50+ invoice template there is no option to adjust the width of any particular custom item if I want to give small width for the number ## and need to give more for start and end date DD-MM-YYYY so justify proper space utilization.

item groups
Hi Reshma, Grouping items helps in adding different discounts % to different customers and different discounts % groups to same customer. Without grouping feature applying a % discount to select Items is not possible. It has to be done manually & could be error prone. Same with GST too. At least 1 level of Item grouping is absolutely essential.

Include how to show "Director's Sitting Fee" receipts in GSTR 3B
There is Utter Confusion whether Director's Sitting Fee Receipts to be shown as Outward Supplies under 3.1 in GSTR3B and if so, under (a) or (b) or (c) - should be under (a) I feel. But then how the tax payable by recipient under Reverse Charge will be accounted for.

I would like to add cost to items already created
I create items when my supplier invoices me. However, the transportation bill comes from a different company like one month later. Then depending on the sale I make there are different costs involved. So If I could keep adding costs to a particular item, I would be able to figure out the total cost of that product which would be very convenient.

BS account mapping for Service Sales
This is a simple enough one. While mapping the account for a service, the system allows only the P&L items of Revenue nature. While there are certain business cases where a BS item should be used. (Accrued Sales)
