- If the sales order is created within the finance modules in CRM, they will be pushed to Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.
- We have initiated talks with ShipStation for integrating with Zoho Inventory.
- Zoho Inventory has the functionality to track the shipments within the app itself (using AfterShip integration)

- Zoho Inventory currently does not support UPS shipments from non-US regions. However, we are initiating talks to get the other regions supported as well.

We tried testing this at our end and it worked. We are gathering more information to understand the exact issue.

If you create an invoice, and later delete its record in the system, then the item level should automatically get updated in the software. Can you give it a try once more?
If you face the issue again, then send us a mail at support@zoho-inventory.com. We can sort this out with a screen sharing session.

As far as Zoho Invoice is concerned, we haven’t made any recent changes to the way the items can be searched while creating transactions.

Yes, we've made some changes to the item selection in the Android app. I just had your request discussed with our team and they'll definitely consider it while making further changes to it.
Also, we would like to let you know that we are working on enhancing the item selection further and the changes will be rolled out in future updates.

Thanks for posting this problem. Until we come up with a solution for email cases, please make use of our template header customization to add the header "Original For Recepient". This will hold for all invoices you email. You can find that option from Settings >> Templates >> Edit your template >> Header >> Customize your header contentThanks for understanding
