While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. add shipping for ups / fedex / usps

    1) sales orders from zoho crm flow to zoho books.

    2) order details flow (address and item info) from zoho crm or zoho books to web based shipping software like shipping easy or ship station

    3) freight and tracking #'s come back from shipping software to sales order in crm or books.

    All major accounting systems (quickbooks, zero, myob) provide this functionality out of the box. We love using zoho crm (20 users), but cannot use zoho books until this basic functionality is available.

  3. Automatically create an end date on recurring invoices base on terms.

    We want to setup a recurring invoice. The invoice is for $1,200 with repayment terms of $100 each month for 12 months. We want the ability to enter an invoice for $100, set repayment terms to 12 months, enter a start date, then have Books automatically create 12 invoices. Right now, we have to enter an end date. Thats crazy. Then if we have an invoice paid every other week, that makes it even more complicated. Its like a car payment. $20,000 invoice. $400 per month. 50 invoices would be created. If the start date was August 1, 50 invoices…

  4. Comments in client portal

    Add an indication in the portal as to whether a comment posted in the portal is private or public. As of now (as far as I can tell), you are given the option of checking "display in client portal" when making the comment, but once the comment has been made, there is no indication as to whether the comment is viewable by the client (public) or only by the user (private).

  5. thank you note via bank matching

    Add the option to send a thank you note when match transactions from the banking side not just in contacts and recording payments

  6. Automatic Submission of EC Sales Lists

    It is required by HMRC to submit EC Sales Lists. Zoho Books can generate the list but is not able to submit it to HMRC as many other Accounting packages such as Sage 50 can do.
