add shipping for ups / fedex / usps
1) sales orders from zoho crm flow to zoho books.
2) order details flow (address and item info) from zoho crm or zoho books to web based shipping software like shipping easy or ship station
3) freight and tracking #'s come back from shipping software to sales order in crm or books.
All major accounting systems (quickbooks, zero, myob) provide this functionality out of the box. We love using zoho crm (20 users), but cannot use zoho books until this basic functionality is available.

We needed this functionality and because it didn't exist, we developed a connection between zoho crm and ship station to send order info to ship station and tracking # and freight charges back to fields in zoho crm. it works great. you need a developer who knows API and it's quite easy for them.

one of the reasons we choose Zoho is because we were told that we could link UPS to track parcels and manage it in Zoho inventory, but it can be only used in USA not in UK, so we really need this to be set up to be used in UK.

- If the sales order is created within the finance modules in CRM, they will be pushed to Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory.
- We have initiated talks with ShipStation for integrating with Zoho Inventory.
- Zoho Inventory has the functionality to track the shipments within the app itself (using AfterShip integration)

- Zoho Inventory currently does not support UPS shipments from non-US regions. However, we are initiating talks to get the other regions supported as well.

UPS does work and link in the USA
we are having the same issues uk side and would love it to work
We keep getting mixed messages from Zoho sometimes they say it will work and then when you get the UPS tech people down they then say it does not work -

I was also looking at how to accomplish this. Has anyone from Zoho Books or Zoho CRM acknowledged this capability. This is a standard capability on all SAS based accounting systems. I am not sure why this is so difficult to find out how to implement the capability and or if Zoho Books and Zoho CRM simply do not have the capability built out to date???
