    Zoho's serial number feature was horribly implemented. Whoever planned this feature has very little understanding of how a company actually operates.

    It should be that any item can be a composite item or a part of a composite item. There should be no distinction between items and composite items. On the item screen, you should be able to indicate the sub-assembly items. This feature should also be included in Zoho Books.

    It should be that any item can be a composite item or a part of a composite item. There should be no distinction between items and composite items. On the item screen, you should be able to indicate the sub-assembly items. This feature should also be included in Zoho Books.

    Please add DocuSign integration to Zoho Books as soon as possible. It's ridiculous that you all would add DocuSign to CRM but not Books.
