Optional Items in Estimates, Allowing customer to select item he needs
An estimate with multiple variety items can be submitted to customers. The customer must be able to select the items he needs( allowing the customer to select items and quantity) and accept the estimate.

This is a feature I need to have, I lose so much time in this back and forth editing. I should be able to automate the estimating by allowing my clients to select the options they require. I offer tiers of service and add on services.

+1 here - 5 years on from the first time this was raised, it would be great to see this as it's a big limitation. Customers often want their quote broken down into options and want to be able to pick and choose.

Still looking for this feature. We spend so much time creating multiple quotes for optional products in various scenarios.
It would be a lot easier to split the quote section into "Included" and "Optional". The limitations of Zoho is becoming increasingly frustrating any time I want to make a customization and get a response of "we can't do that" from Zoho support.

I'd like to make a core estimate so that the customer could see the "vital minimum" if I can say so, and the underneath a subtotal for instance, be able to add options.
