  2. Customizable Reports for purchase orders and receiving goods

    Ideally a customizable report so columns such as purhcase order number, expected delivery date, item code and other custom fields can be viewed on one screen.

    This would be good for when big deliveries arrive as the dispatch team can mark off what has been received on a hard copy of this report.

  3. Allow Supplier Item Pricing in a Different Currency

    I distribute products from suppliers arounmd the world. Their price lists are not in my base but their local currency - USD, JPY, EUR etc.

    I need to be able to enter supplier currencies for each item. At the moment their prices have to be converted into the base currency. This means that when a Purchase Order is created in their currency the prices are always wrong (as exchange rates change) resulting in me having to manually update each price from a paper price list.

    This wastes a lot of time and could be avoided.

  4. Loosely coupled items

    Our company sources items and sells them under different names. We buy 'A' from the vendor and sell it as product 'B'. At some point, product 'A' is not available anymore at the vendor but we buy 'C' from them instead. We would then sell 'C' as 'B'.

    I'm evaluating your product suite and I find that an item has a single name and SKU. What I would like to have to link an item to another item so we can change the link as item 'A' becomes obsolete.

  6. add integration with Google Shopping, Rakuten, NewEgg, Groupon and other marketplaces

    Adding more marketplaces will make Zoho more useful. Otherwise customers will have to use multiple inventory management tools to support various sales channels (not very convenient)

  7. Detailed warehouse map, aisle and location control.

    Being Able to see a map where all the different products are located,and having different zoneslike aisle, rack.

  11. Saved cards in Zoho Books transfer to Zoho Invoice

    Currently you can saved a credit card and charge it in Zoho Books. Saved cards in Zoho Books should be transferred to Zoho Invoice for easy charging while doing shipping. Zoho Invoice should also have the option to add and save credit cards in the contact log, and also would be nice to charge in Zoho Invoice. Cut the back and forth.

  14. Templates for Orders. Like you have In ZOHO CRM.

    In ZOHO CRM you have ability to choose editable template how ORDER look like in printing or PDF export. This function is really lacking in ZOHO INVENTORY. Is it in plans?

  19. Create a Packing List (needed for all imports/exports/customs)

    Many business export and import cargo, either domestically or international. ZOHO inventory can already create a SALES INVOICE for items sold, but how about a detailed packing list.. Not a package slip, but a PACKING LIST, this is a international standardize document used to inform the shipping company/airline/transport vessel the following

    -NO. OF PACKAGES/BOXES/CARTONS/CRATES etc. (called master carton)
    -WEIGHT OF EACH MASTER CARTON
    -Item contents of the CARTON, i.e. how many items in each carton and what items?
    -CBM (cubic feet space) of each carton
    -Dimension of Each carton wxhxl

  20. separate item sync from item creation

    I would very much appreciate if when zoho synced with my ebay/amazon, it didnt create new items in my item groups and items, most of my listings are actually composite items and not singular in my inventory tracking

    Maybe include an option to create a list of items available for creation/linking when the program syncs but let me choose what happens
