    Can there be a feature to create a item picklist for sales orders through zoho inventory?

    Currently, sales orders must be confirmed through zoho commerce in order to create a picklist for the sales order items through zoho inventory,

    This function will be much more efficient for manufacturers to have a one step process through one program application.

    When we get new sales order of some item but if we dont have a enough stock in inventory so please put those item in low stock item so purchase department can create purchase order.this can help between sales & purchase department without personal communication

  6. vendor portal

    I take products from the vendors on consignment basis and stock them in my warehouse. I pay vendors only when I sell those products. I would like to give access to vendors to see their respective stock positions, sales, expected payments, etc. Is this possible in Zoho Inventory?

    Please add a Committed Stock Column for item listing, it be a great help for bonding stock etc. It will greatly help to send overview of stock listing what they have and number of committed stock.

  14. Make Available Stock Journals

    We deal in two products AA and LA. LA is obtained by diluting water and AA. For ex. we dilute 2000Kgs of AA with 6000 Kgs of Water and obtain 8000 Kgs of LA.

    So there should be a provision/ a Form so that we are able to enter the two items and get the third item. All these items i.e. Water, AA and LA items have been created and we are allowed to only enter Opening Balance.

  16. Filter options for "Order fulfillment by Item" report

    we like this report but it has a lot of info that is not necessary for us.

    for instance we would like to be able to filter the data so that only items that have an amount shown (non zero) in the "to be shipped field.

    in our case there are MANY items that have zeros for "to be shipped" so of no current interest. having an abbreviated report only showing the filtered field woudl be of interest

  17. Automated the creation of a bundle (BUN-XX) for composite items bought via API.

    When a sale order with a composite item enters zoho inventory via API, a bundle for the number bought is created (while stocks last)

  18. Purchase Order - When a PO is approved automatically the name/signature of the approver should appear on the PO - Authorized Signature.

    Once a PO is approved. Automatically the name and Signature should appear in place of Authorized Signature. If three approvers than all three approvers signatures should appear. The current signature process if applied on system can be misused. As signature appears on all PO's when printed.
