  1. separate item sync from item creation

    I would very much appreciate if when zoho synced with my ebay/amazon, it didnt create new items in my item groups and items, most of my listings are actually composite items and not singular in my inventory tracking

    Maybe include an option to create a list of items available for creation/linking when the program syncs but let me choose what happens

    Im open to suggestions and thanks for reading

    Hi,
    All apps on Zoho already allow using users' google login except Zoho Inventory. When are you planning to update the app to use that?

  3. Labels codebar for each item

    Label template for each item with EAN codebar (stickers)
    In this template you must be able to configure fields like description, price, attributes... sizes starting at 3cmx4cm
    This label can be called individually (one by one on a single item) or from a document (invoice, purchase order...) printing as many labels as the number of units of each single item..

  4. make an estimate in inventory like in Books

    In zoho books you can make an estimate and create an invoice from that estimate.
    We would like to see that you could make an estimate in inventory, convert to a sales order, and then make a package and/or invoice from there.
    (Alternatively, allow you to make a sales order from an estimate in Books, however it would be better to "live" in one system for the sales people rather than going back between Books and Inventory.)
    This is a very important feature as many companies require having a signed estimate in lieu of a purchase order for all orders.

  5. Third-Party billing

    Allow for third-party billing through the UPS shipping integration. i.e. Have the ability to pack and ship an order, and have this shipping charged directly to the customers UPS account .

    I would like to be able to see MY sales orders in Inventory. I can only see all sales orders and I would like to pull a report of just MY sales orders.

    Hi I test drived your product earlier last year around same time and was told that you are trying to fulfill the trade related statutory requirement of indian government. But Till Date you haven't implemented any.
    like for Excise sales by the first and second stage Dealer. Central Sales against 'C', 'E1', 'E2', 'F' form. Stock movement register.

    Even basic needs of Unique Identification Numbers like Serial Number, IMEI number or Vin Number could not be added for managing inventory

  8. SKU information on package slip / shipment

    I am unable to retain and send SKU n# to out-sourced Warehouse management.

    I have my own outsourced warehouse and management system and send info via mail which SKU's to pack and shipping address info. Please update the "manual" shipment info and include SKU info next to the article name and quantity.

  9. Auto-Image Sizer for uploading item pictures so they display properly

    When uploading an image for an item it would be nice if your system would run the image through an auto-sizer so the images would display properly

  10. Shelf to Sheet Stock Taking

    The main feature on the inventory is Stock Taking which is missing with Zoho. For example, I run restaurant. We take stock every day night after closing. We use Shelf to Sheet Stock taking method. So we count each item on the shelf and enter on the sheet. Inventory is not just billing alone as given here on Zoho.

    If we have 100 items on shelf there should be method to count and enter the items on the app.

  12. More Flexible Display/Sort on List Pages

    I am specifically working on the Items page. The only option I have for sorting is by Name which is not useful for us. I'd like to be able to sort by SKU. In general, though, it seems like the User should be able to pick which columns are displayed and sort the list by any column.

  15. Post New Items to Amazon Marketplace

    Is Inventory capable of creating new items in Amazon Marketplace? We produce items under our own brand so our items are not available until we create them.

  16. Allowing there to be a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a product

    You normally want to restrict some items to a minimum order quantity. It should be fairly straightforward to integrate this functionality. Thanks.

  17. Sales Order/Shipment visibility in the customer portal

    It would be beneficial for our customers to have visibility of their sales orders in process as well as invoice and estimates in the customer portal. Also it would be nice if the shipment details were included in the customer view as well. This way they can see from their portal shipments in transit, delivery dates etc.

  18. Edit Purchase order

    Even when the status of Purchase Order is Partially Received, the purchase order is not allowed to be edited for those unreceived items. We should be able to edit the Items which are not yet received.

  19. Turn an Invoice into a Package with one click

    If a client pays for an invoice via Books need to be able to convert the invoice into a package so it can be shipped via Inventory.

  20. Different prices levels by Customers Groups

    Have you considered the have differents list of prices for the products defined by customers groups. Customers need to have a groups field and then exist different prices by customers groups
