While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. addon should have unit price editable

    Currently, when editing/adding a subscription in the GUI, you cannot edit the unit price of an addon. You can only edit the total amount. So if I want to override the price, and I update the qty, I have to do the math myself and put in the total, rather than just being able to put in the qty and unit price and let it do the math for me. You can do this already on the plan, but not the addon.

  2. A way for a task/call to show on home screen.

    The ability to see all calls/tasks for that day in a designated area.

  3. Split invoicing /payment of subscription

    We have a partner who pays for a part of the subscription amount of members. So how can we make this work in Zoho Subscriptions? i.e. A members annual membership fee is payed by 50% by a sponsor. We need to invoice 50% of the fee to a member and 50% to a sponsor (so two different invoices for the same subscription). How can we do this?

  4. For metered billing you want to be able to collect a deposit in advance

    For metered billing, you want to be able to collect a deposit in advance so that the customer do not run away leaving all the charges unpaid.
    Also, need a way to limit usage to what the customer actually paid for (so it needs to be synced both ways).

  5. option to select payment frequency while creating a new plan

    Need more billing term like quarterly, half-yearly while creating a plan currently it is only monthly and yearly

  6. Select which plans can be combined onto one invoice and which ones stay seperate

    Instead of being restricted to an all-or-nothing scenario with combining plans onto one invoice. It would be great if we could pick which plans can be combined onto one invoice and which plans must stay separate - the same way you can delegate which plans the add-on can be applied.

  7. Enter Partial hours as an add-on to a subscription

    We add Hours as a service as an add-on to a subscription, but we need to be able to bill for partial hours. The system currently limits to whole numbers.
