Forecasting Ability for Zoho Subscriptions
Forecasting Ability for Zoho Subscriptions: Would be incredibly helpful to be able to view future scheduled revenue in Subscriptions based on Subscriptions that are currently active. Similar to the Renewal Report which shows next billing, but show all future scheduled billing based on date range in report. It is imperative as a business owner I can easily see what target for revenue my company is currently on track for.

Parent/Child customers
We have a case where we have a business partner pay for all his customers and the invoices is also consolidated to him, we can handle this case if there is a Parent/Child relation between the customers or a partner and customer relations

Let's HIDE Cancelled Subscriptions.
Just a simple "HIDE" cancelled subscriptions filter please.
There is another suggestion in here to be able to edit and skip payment, very cool and helpful; but just a simple HIDE for now will do for me.

Auto calculate / create Prorated Refund Due for Subscriptions Cancelled Mid Term
When a subscription is cancelled during the middle of the term, the option to refund the prorated amount due back to the customer should exist. This feature exists partially when you change a subscription. When that happens, a credit note is created for the balance already paid and applied to a new invoice with the new amount. This is similar to cancellations - we shouldn't have to manually calculate the amount to be refunded.

Selecting Billing Date/Grouping
Both these options are excellent at the customer level. Selecting it as an overall preference is too restricting. I want to group invoices for some customers who have multiple subscriptions paid at one time, but not for others who process their payments by location. Invoicing billing dates need to be prior to subscription anniversary date where credit card billing dates are on (or near) the anniversary date.

Enable Paypal for Zoho Subscriptions
Paypal is one the main payment gateway in the world and we should be able to use it with Zoho Subscriptions.
I have no other way to use Zoho Subscriptions and I'm horrified that we cannot use Paypal for recurring payments with Zoho. Recurring payments work perfectly directly in Paypal8 votes -
Multiple custom hosted payment pages templates
Hi
At the moment only one hosted payment page can be used for all subscriptions. However some clients (and us) have multiple different subscriptions types with different terms of service. Would be good if subscriptions allows the creation of more than one Hosted Payment page.

Add a "Setup Fee" (Or similar) to Add-ons
We want to be able to price an add-on like this: (Base Price) + (Recurring Amount per month/year). For doing maintenance on peoples equipment, this would be VERY helpful to charge people for maintenance plans on additional systems.

External ID field on the Customer object
because the Custom Fields array is not populated on a GetList API call (returns null and a seperate API call is required to get Custom Fields) it would be very helpful to have a field on the Customer object for an External ID.
this would mitigate the need for a Custom Field to hold this data and the API would return this value when getting a List of Customers.

Fixed dates (1st, 15th, etc.) for some products while the same subscription created date for the others.

Send Retainer Invoice (Advance Payment Request) with email notification workflow before subscription renewal date
We would like the ability to send retainer invoices based on the value of the renewal invoice that can be attached to subscription email notification workflows.
The idea is that Zoho Subscriptions does not create invoices until the subscription renewal date. However, in practice, invoices need to be sent out to clients 45, 30 or 15 days before the due date.
What we do now is to manually create Retainer Invoices on Zoho Books 45 days before the subscription renewal date. We would like this to be automated on Zoho Subscriptions and this solves the biggest voted request on Zoho…6 votes -
Do not allow duplicate email for portal signup for Customers
The issue is if you create a customer with different name but same email then if you activate the customer's portal page then all of his previous record will be erased which can be fixed by using api in code but we are deeply concern because our sales team do not have technical knowledge much and we don't like to take risk too.

I would like the ability to require a minimum number of months to be committed to before a client is allowed to cancel their subscription.

Customer portal upsell button/option
Within the customer portal there needs to be a way for customers to 'buy' more.If they have logged in to view their account then you have captured their interest. This means in sales and marketing terms that they are ready to buy again. There needs to be a way that they can be be upsold other one off products and or linked back to the website to buy additional products. For example. Embed Customer Portal into Website
The new customer portal is a great idea however, asking our clients to create another username/password to view the portal is confusing because they have already logged into our website.
We would love the ability to generate a link to a customer portal, similarly to what we do for hosted pages.
This would allow us to either iframe the portal into our site or give them a direct link that opens a new tab/window.
